【摘要】：建筑,是民族和文明的個性體現(xiàn)。不同的建筑往往能成為不同國家、地區(qū)、文化的標(biāo)志或象征。在世界建筑中,伊斯蘭建筑外觀變化多樣,設(shè)計手法奇巧。寧夏獨特的建筑風(fēng)格正是受伊斯蘭建筑藝術(shù)的影響。因此,做好對伊斯蘭建筑英文文獻(xiàn)的漢譯,既有助于國人了解和借鑒伊斯蘭建筑風(fēng)格和設(shè)計理念,也對寧夏回族建筑的傳承和創(chuàng)新有促進作用。但目前關(guān)于伊斯蘭建筑的翻譯研究尤顯不足。所以,通過本次翻譯實踐研究,筆者希望在介紹伊斯蘭建筑藝術(shù)和技術(shù)的同時為伊斯蘭建筑英文文獻(xiàn)漢譯研究上提供些許參考。本文以翻譯目的論為理論基礎(chǔ),進行《格羅夫伊斯蘭藝術(shù)與建筑百科全書》英譯漢的實踐研究,闡述了在伊斯蘭建筑英語翻譯過程中所遇到的具體問題和解決方案。論文分為五部分:任務(wù)描述、任務(wù)過程、目的論介紹、案例分析和結(jié)論。筆者首先介紹了本次翻譯的文本內(nèi)容和意義,繼而從譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程和譯后事項三方面闡述了整個翻譯過程。在案例分析中,筆者詳細(xì)闡述了翻譯過程中遇到的難點:伊斯蘭建筑術(shù)語、長難句和被動句的翻譯,之后根據(jù)不同問題提出相應(yīng)的翻譯方法及策略,例如音譯、加注、直譯等。最后在結(jié)論部分總結(jié)了此次翻譯實踐的收獲及不足。
[Abstract]:Architecture is the embodiment of nationality and civilization. Different buildings can often become symbols or symbols of different countries, regions, and cultures. In the architecture of the world, the appearance of Islamic architecture is varied and the design technique is marvelous. Ningxia's unique architectural style is influenced by Islamic architectural art. Therefore, it is helpful for Chinese people to understand and use for reference the style and design of Islamic architecture, and also to promote the inheritance and innovation of Hui architecture in Ningxia. However, the current translation studies on Islamic architecture are particularly inadequate. Therefore, through this translation practice, the author hopes to provide some references for the study of the translation of Islamic architecture into Chinese while introducing the art and technology of Islamic architecture. On the basis of Skopos Theory, this paper makes a practical study on the translation of Grove's Encyclopedia of Islamic Art and Architecture into English, and expounds the specific problems and solutions encountered in the translation of Islamic Architectural English. The paper is divided into five parts: task description, task process, teleological introduction, case analysis and conclusion. The author first introduces the content and significance of this translation, and then expounds the whole translation process from three aspects: pre-translation preparation, translation process and post-translation issues. In the case study, the author explains in detail the difficulties encountered in the process of translation: translation of Islamic architectural terms, long difficult sentences and passive sentences, and then puts forward corresponding translation methods and strategies according to different problems, such as transliteration, annotation, literal translation, etc. Finally, in the conclusion part, the author summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the translation practice.
