【摘要】:隨著中國教育事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,不同教育文化的碰撞與影響日漸明顯,教師教育類相關文本的翻譯也越來越顯示出其重要性。我國中學教育在不斷發(fā)展不斷前進,取得了一些成績,但遇到了一些問題,面臨了一些挑戰(zhàn),作為教育的主體—教師隊伍,尤其是處在第一線的教師隊伍,在教育行為中應具備什么樣的素質(zhì),這是一個極為重要而嚴肅的問題。在這樣的背景之下,筆者此次選擇的翻譯任務是由美國作家羅伯特W·馬洛伊和歐文·塞德曼寫成的一本外國著作,英文名為The Essential Career Guide to Becoming a Middle and High School Teacher,筆者將其標題譯為《中學教師基本職業(yè)指南》。本書是一本頗具影響力的教師指南用書,該作品主要由九個章節(jié)組成,不但指導大家如何成為一名初高中教師,而且還談論了美國教育的現(xiàn)狀,書中對于未來教師的建議與指導都是深刻而務實的。這本書是一本名副其實的教學黃頁,大量范例和經(jīng)驗能驗證其真實性。該書在講述初高中教師職業(yè)規(guī)劃、美國教育協(xié)會、各州教師工資待遇以及高等院校教師認證等方面提供了重要資源和依據(jù)。全書展示了成為一名初高中教師必經(jīng)的過程,回答了這一過程中會遇到的問題,解釋了未來教師的種種困惑,分析了美國教育的現(xiàn)狀及問題。本報告有五部分組成,第一部分介紹了翻譯緣起,第二部分介紹了譯者的翻譯過程,第三部分介紹了筆者使用的翻譯理論,第四部分介紹了該翻譯理論在《中學教師基本職業(yè)指南》翻譯實踐中的應用,第五部分介紹了筆者此次的翻譯實踐總結(jié)與啟示。該書屬非文學信息型文本,在翻譯任務中,筆者采用的理論依據(jù)是彼得?紐馬克的文本類型理論,采取的翻譯策略是交際翻譯,并從詞匯、句法和篇章層面對翻譯方法進行案例分析,詞匯層面用了詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、詞語增減、意譯法;句法層面用了順譯法、分譯法、換序法;篇章層面用到了語篇銜接和語篇連貫。希望本翻譯實踐報告為處理類似文本的翻譯實踐提供可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of education in China, the collision and influence of different educational cultures are becoming more and more obvious, and the translation of relevant texts of teachers' education has become more and more important. The middle school education in our country is developing unceasingly, has made some achievements, but has met some problems, faced with some challenges, as the main body of education-teachers, especially in the front line of teachers, It is an extremely important and serious question what kind of quality should be possessed in educational behavior. Against this background, the translation task chosen by the author is a foreign book written by American writers Robert W. Malloy and Owen Seidman. The title of The Essential Career Guide to Becoming a Middle and High School Teacher, is translated as the basic career Guide for Middle School Teachers. The book is an influential teacher's guide, consisting of nine chapters that not only teach you how to become a junior and high school teacher, but also talk about the state of education in the United States. The book's advice and guidance for future teachers are profound and pragmatic. The book is a veritable yellow page of teaching that can be verified by numerous examples and experiences. The book provides important resources and basis for the career planning of junior high school teachers, the American Educational Association, the salaries of teachers in the states and the certification of teachers in institutions of higher learning. The book shows the process of becoming a middle and high school teacher, answers the problems encountered in this process, explains the confusion of future teachers, and analyzes the present situation and problems of American education. This report consists of five parts: the first part introduces the origin of translation, the second part introduces the translator's translation process, and the third part introduces the translation theory used by the author. The fourth part introduces the application of the translation theory in the translation practice of the basic Vocational Guide for Middle School Teachers, and the fifth part introduces the author's summary and enlightenment of the translation practice. The book is a non-literary informative text. In the translation task, the author adopts the theoretical basis of Peter? In Newmark's text type theory, the translation strategy is communicative translation, and a case study is carried out on the lexical, syntactic and textual levels. At the lexical level, part of speech conversion, word addition and subtraction, and free translation are used. At the syntactic level, we use the method of sequential translation, the method of sub-translation, and the method of changing order; at the level of text, we use textual cohesion and discourse coherence. It is hoped that this translation practice report can be used for reference in the practice of dealing with similar texts.
