【摘要】：改革開放以來中國與世界其他國家的合作聯(lián)系越來越緊密,涉及經(jīng)濟、文化等眾多重要領(lǐng)域。語言是中國與各國溝通合作的橋梁和基礎(chǔ),所以對外宣傳材料的翻譯就變得尤其重要�！秾幉ㄑh(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃》由寧波市經(jīng)濟建設(shè)規(guī)劃研究院編寫,內(nèi)容包括了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的理論問題,循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ),循環(huán)經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)體系和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重點領(lǐng)域和重點任務(wù)。該規(guī)劃是寧波建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型社會的前期研究總結(jié)。另外,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟是國際社會的共同議題。本文是筆者對《寧波循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃》翻譯實踐所做報告。該翻譯約有12000個漢字,其中經(jīng)濟術(shù)語,長句和無主句較多。通過總結(jié)翻譯的過程和分析翻譯的具體案例,報告討論:運用目的論翻譯理論和轉(zhuǎn)換法等翻譯方法實現(xiàn)譯文的準(zhǔn)確性,可讀性和信息傳遞目標(biāo)。在翻譯報告中,筆者以目的論為理論依據(jù)分析文本的類型和語言特色,選用目的論的三原則:目的、連貫、忠誠作為指導(dǎo),提出了翻譯的基本目標(biāo)。在翻譯的實踐過程中,關(guān)注翻譯的準(zhǔn)確性和交際目的性,翻譯過程中運用了轉(zhuǎn)換法,增譯法和逆序法等翻譯方法指導(dǎo)中國特色詞匯,專業(yè)術(shù)語,無主句和長難句的翻譯。通過詞性轉(zhuǎn)換,句子成分轉(zhuǎn)換,句型轉(zhuǎn)換和語態(tài)變換的轉(zhuǎn)換法,適當(dāng)增補信息的增譯法和語言表達順序轉(zhuǎn)換的逆序法等方法的運用,確保譯文準(zhǔn)確可讀。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's cooperation with other countries in the world is getting closer and closer, involving many important fields such as economy, culture and so on. Language is the bridge and foundation of communication and cooperation between China and other countries, so the translation of publicity materials has become particularly important. The Ningbo Circular Economic Development Plan was compiled by the Ningbo Institute of Economic Construction Planning. The contents include the theoretical problems of the development of circular economy, the realistic foundation of the development of circular economy, the index system of circular economy and the key areas and tasks of the development of circular economy. This plan is the preliminary research summary of building resource-saving society in Ningbo. In addition, the development of circular economy is the common issue of the international community. This paper is the author's report on the translation practice of Ningbo Circular economy Development Plan. The translation has about 12, 000 Chinese characters, including economic terms, long sentences and non-main sentences. By summarizing the process of translation and analyzing specific cases of translation, the report discusses that Skopos translation theory and translation methods are used to achieve the translation accuracy, readability and information transmission objectives. In the translation report, the author uses Skopos theory as the theoretical basis to analyze the types and linguistic characteristics of the text, and chooses the three principles of Skopos Theory: Skopos, coherence and loyalty as the guidance, and puts forward the basic objectives of translation. In the process of translation, attention is paid to the accuracy and communicative purpose of translation. In the process of translation, translation methods such as conversion method, incremental translation method and reverse order method are used to guide the translation of words with Chinese characteristics, professional terms, no subject sentences and long difficult sentences. In order to ensure that the translation is accurate and readable, the methods of part of speech conversion, sentence component transformation, sentence pattern conversion and voice transformation, the addition of additional information and the reverse order transformation of language expression order are used to ensure the accuracy and readability of the translation.
