【摘要】：全球化背景下的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不斷對(duì)從業(yè)者的職業(yè)能力提出新要求,使得職場(chǎng)溝通能力測(cè)試開發(fā)的必要性和重要性不斷突顯。本文在重新定義職場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上提出"基于專業(yè)話語(yǔ)實(shí)踐的職場(chǎng)英語(yǔ)溝通能力"構(gòu)念。該構(gòu)念包括個(gè)體因素、體裁能力、語(yǔ)言能力、國(guó)際化素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)發(fā)能力、管理能力和溝通策略能力共7個(gè)主要維度。這一能力構(gòu)念能夠?yàn)槁殘?chǎng)英語(yǔ)能力測(cè)試開發(fā)和基于大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)提供支撐,同時(shí)可以為"基于專業(yè)話語(yǔ)實(shí)踐的學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)溝通能力"構(gòu)念研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the development of knowledge economy has put forward new requirements for the professional ability of practitioners. The necessity and importance of the testing and development of workplace communication ability is becoming more and more important. Based on the redefinition of the workplace, this paper puts forward "Professional English communication ability based on the practice of professional discourse". Constitution. This constitution includes individual factors. Genre ability, language ability, international literacy, professional development ability. There are seven main dimensions of managerial ability and communication strategy competence, which can provide support for the development of workplace English proficiency test and the development of international talents based on college English teaching. At the same time, it can provide reference for the study of academic English communication ability based on professional discourse practice.
