【摘要】：文物文本作為語言媒介,對于博物館受眾起著重要作用。而隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入,來我國旅游的外國游客與日俱增,博物館文物文本的英譯作用也愈加凸顯。本文主要針對博物館漢譯英研究,以博物館文物文本翻譯為研究對象,在語言景觀理論框架下進(jìn)行研究,重點(diǎn)探討了以下幾個問題:第一,用語言景觀如何解讀文物文本;第二,國內(nèi)外受眾對博物館文本英譯的態(tài)度;第三,文物文本英譯過程中存在哪些問題;第四,英語作為國際通用語在博物館中的地位及作用。首先,本文在文獻(xiàn)檢索的基礎(chǔ)上,指出前人有關(guān)博物館文物文本翻譯研究及語言景觀研究現(xiàn)狀。其次,本文對語言景觀的概念、功能及語言景觀與文物文本、語言景觀與文物文本翻譯這兩對關(guān)系進(jìn)行了論述。為此,作者對昆明市博物館文物文本進(jìn)行了實地調(diào)查和問卷調(diào)查,并對調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,歸納了其中的翻譯問題。緊接著,本文從語言景觀功能的視角分析了上述翻譯問題,并探討了英語的國際地位及其在博物館中的重要性。最后,研究結(jié)果表明:第一,從語言景觀視角探究博物館文物文本及其翻譯是可行的,兩者在概念及功能上有相同點(diǎn)。第二,通過實地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)昆明市博物館文物文本翻譯存在一系列的問題。第三,關(guān)于昆明博物館文物文本英譯狀況方面,中外游客均認(rèn)為其翻譯質(zhì)量存在諸多問題,亟需改善。最后,在全球化背景下,英語作為國際通用語,在世界語言景觀中占有重要地位,其在博物館中必不可少。
[Abstract]:Cultural relic text, as a language medium, plays an important role in the museum audience. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up in China, the number of foreign tourists coming to our country is increasing day by day. The translation of museum cultural relics into English is becoming more and more important. This paper focuses on the translation of museum cultural relics into Chinese and English, taking the translation of museum cultural relics as the object of study, and carries out the research under the framework of linguistic landscape theory. This paper mainly discusses the following problems: first, how to interpret the cultural relic text with language landscape; Second, the attitude of the audiences at home and abroad to the translation of museum texts into English; Third, what problems exist in the process of translating cultural relics into English; In 4th, the role of English as an international language in museums is discussed. Firstly, based on literature retrieval, this paper points out the current situation of previous studies on translation of museum cultural relics and linguistic landscape. This paper discusses the concept, function, language landscape and cultural relic text of language landscape, and the relationship between language landscape and cultural relic text translation. The author conducts a field investigation and a questionnaire survey on the cultural relics text of Kunming Museum, analyzes the results of the investigation, and summarizes the translation problems. This paper analyzes the translation problems from the perspective of linguistic landscape function, and discusses the international status of English and its importance in museums. It is feasible to explore the museum cultural relics text and its translation from the perspective of linguistic landscape. The two have the same concept and function. Second. Through field investigation, we find that there are a series of problems in the translation of cultural relics in Kunming Museum. Thirdly, regarding the status of translation of cultural relics in Kunming Museum, Chinese and foreign tourists think that there are many problems in the quality of translation. Finally, in the context of globalization, English, as an international language, plays an important role in the world language landscape and is indispensable in museums.
