【摘要】：語(yǔ)言作為一個(gè)整體與法律有直接的聯(lián)系，曾經(jīng)轟動(dòng)一時(shí)的“本名審判”事件，便說(shuō)明了這一點(diǎn)。隨著日本社會(huì)的發(fā)展，歧視語(yǔ)正在逐漸消失。然而，，假如沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言民主化的保護(hù)，在法庭上使用受到歧視的方言以及明顯處于劣勢(shì)的小語(yǔ)種，就必然會(huì)受到不利于己的或者說(shuō)是不公正的待遇。
[Abstract]:Language as a whole has a direct connection with the law. With the development of Japanese society, the language of discrimination is gradually disappearing. However, without the protection of the democratization of language, the use of discriminatory dialects and obviously disadvantaged minority languages in the courts is bound to be unfavourable or unjust.
