【摘要】:高職院校的人才培養(yǎng)是教育工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)與落腳點(diǎn),是高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的核心。近年來(lái),高等職業(yè)院校在高校改革中獲得了快速發(fā)展,學(xué)生數(shù)量不斷增加,建校規(guī)模也持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,但也涌現(xiàn)出生源數(shù)量和質(zhì)量雙雙下降,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)與所學(xué)專業(yè)不一致,資金短缺,社會(huì)認(rèn)可度偏低等一系列問題。湖南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院是一所普通的高等職業(yè)院校,其發(fā)展也存在著同類問題,尤其是特色學(xué)科和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)專業(yè)一一應(yīng)用日語(yǔ)。本文以湖南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院為例,分析高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀。論文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,主要表述高職院校日語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)課題提出的原因,研究意義,本文研究的兩個(gè)對(duì)象——人才培養(yǎng)模式和日語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng),研究的主要內(nèi)容和研究方法,創(chuàng)新與不足等。第二部分是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,采用文獻(xiàn)收集法統(tǒng)攬國(guó)內(nèi)外高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的研究成果,說(shuō)明職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。第三部分是高職院校日語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,以湖南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院為例,分別從高職院校的制度建設(shè)、師資配備、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、學(xué)生就業(yè)崗位分布、管理制度建設(shè)、專業(yè)培養(yǎng)和課程建設(shè)七個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析和說(shuō)明。第四部分提出高職院校日語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,包括制度建設(shè)不完善、教師配備層次不齊、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地配套不完善、專業(yè)培養(yǎng)與地方需求脫鉤、專業(yè)課程難以突顯特色、教學(xué)管理工作不到位等。第五部分提出高職院校日語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的改革措施。主要是完善體制建設(shè),培養(yǎng)雙師型人才,增強(qiáng)配套的實(shí)訓(xùn)能力培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)符合地方需要的日語(yǔ)人才,實(shí)現(xiàn)課程資源信息化,健全和完善教學(xué)管理模式等。
[Abstract]:The training of talents in higher vocational colleges is the starting point and the foothold of the education work, and it is the core of the higher vocational and technical education. In recent years, the higher occupation colleges have achieved rapid development in higher education reform, the increasing number of students, the school will continue to expand the scale, but also the emergence of the quantity and quality of students both declined, the employment of graduates is not consistent, and the major shortage of funds, partial low social recognition of a series of problems. Hunan foreign language Career Academy is a general higher vocational college. Its development also has similar problems, especially the characteristic disciplines and key construction majors. Taking Hunan foreign language Career Academy as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of talent training in higher vocational colleges. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly describes the reasons and significance of the research on the training of Japanese talents in higher vocational colleges. The two objects of this paper are the talent training mode and the training of Japanese talents, the main contents and research methods, innovations and shortcomings. The second part is the research summary of domestic and foreign research results, through literature collection system at home and abroad embrace talent training in higher vocational colleges, the key content that occupation education and training of personnel. The third part is the present situation of talents in higher vocational colleges, the Hunan foreign language of Career Academy for example, were analyzed and explained from the system construction of higher vocational colleges, teaching staff, training base construction, students employment distribution, professional training and course construction management system construction, seven aspects. The fourth part puts forward the existing Japanese talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges problems, including system construction is not perfect, teachers with uneven levels, training base facilities, professional training and professional courses to the demand of local decoupling, highlight the characteristics of teaching management is not in place. The fifth part puts forward the reform measures for the training of Japanese professional talents in higher vocational colleges. It is mainly about improving the system construction, training double qualified talents, enhancing the training of supporting training ability, training Japanese talents meeting local needs, realizing curriculum resources informatization, improving and improving teaching management mode, etc.
