【摘要】：要進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中面向中西亞信息產(chǎn)業(yè)和軟件服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng),必須針對(duì)新疆軟件工程人才培養(yǎng)的新要求和新挑戰(zhàn),開(kāi)展俄語(yǔ)言軟件工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的探索和改革。在新疆第二輪緊缺人才專業(yè)"軟件工程"的統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和建設(shè)框架下,本文針對(duì)"一帶一路"人才戰(zhàn)略對(duì)中西亞多語(yǔ)種軟件人才培養(yǎng)的新需求,以新疆大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院的軟件工程(俄語(yǔ)言方向)專業(yè)本科生培養(yǎng)為例,論述了培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際化視野的俄語(yǔ)言軟件人才的必要性,分析了俄語(yǔ)言軟件工程人才培養(yǎng)面臨的突出問(wèn)題,從課程體系建設(shè)、國(guó)際化培養(yǎng)思路和多語(yǔ)種軟件應(yīng)用服務(wù)等方面探索了符合我區(qū)特點(diǎn)的俄語(yǔ)言軟件工程人才培養(yǎng)策略,形成一套符合區(qū)情、行之有效的多語(yǔ)種軟件人才培養(yǎng)模式。這些探索對(duì)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)及中西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)實(shí)用型軟件人才的培養(yǎng)具有一定的參考價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to further develop the market for information industry and software service outsourcing in Central and Western Asia in Belt and Road's strategy, we must aim at the new requirements and challenges of Xinjiang's software engineering personnel training. To explore and reform the training mode of Russian language software engineering professionals. Under the framework of unified planning and construction of the second round of "software engineering" in Xinjiang, this paper aims at the new demand of "Belt and Road" talent strategy for the cultivation of multilingual software talents in Central and Western Asia. Taking the software engineering (Russian language orientation) undergraduate training of Xinjiang University software college as an example, this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating Russian language software talents with international vision. This paper analyzes on the outstanding problems faced by the training of Russian language software engineering talents, and explores the training strategies of Russian language software engineering talents in accordance with the characteristics of our region from the aspects of curriculum system construction, international training ideas and multilingual software application services, etc. To form a set of effective multi-language software personnel training model in line with regional conditions. These explorations have certain reference value and guiding function for the cultivation of practical software talents in minority areas and the underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions.
