【摘要】：招投標是進入國際市場最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。標書翻譯的準確程度決定了招投標的成敗。對標書的翻譯是法律翻譯和商業(yè)翻譯的結(jié)合。本課題以項目形式展開，以某國家招標文件及某油田招標技術(shù)要求為翻譯材料，從中選取了部分進行翻譯。在俄譯漢翻譯實踐的基礎(chǔ)上，探討了翻譯該類標書，尤其是石油石化領(lǐng)域的招投標文件中遇到的問題，并以具體案例展現(xiàn)了如何借助多元化的翻譯工具來實踐科學(xué)的翻譯方法以解決問題。
[Abstract]:Bidding is the most important link to enter the international market.The accuracy of the translation of bid documents determines the success or failure of bidding.The translation of bid documents is a combination of legal translation and commercial translation.This subject is carried out in the form of project, and selected part of the translation materials based on the national bidding documents and the technical requirements of the bidding for an oil field.Based on the practice of Russian translation into Chinese, this paper discusses the problems encountered in the translation of such bidding documents, especially in the field of petroleum and petrochemical industry.It also shows how to use a variety of translation tools to practice scientific translation methods in order to solve the problem.
