[Abstract]:Krotov, the literary and art critic, rides from Leningrad to Pushkin City to attend a seminar in memory of Pushkin. He looks out the window at the dismal scenery and ponders over the connection between literature and art. Krotov was intoxicated with the fresh air as soon as he got out of the car. "Oh, thank God, we have time!" "the gatekeeper with a silver beard said." the students are all here. "Crotov took off his fur coat and threw it at the doorman, his high boots crunching behind a guard cavalry.
