【摘要】：介紹了英國(guó)大學(xué)圖書(shū)館科研數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)的主要內(nèi)容,包括資助機(jī)構(gòu)政策介紹、協(xié)助完善科研數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)劃、多樣化培訓(xùn)、數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)搭建、服務(wù)宣傳、配備專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、開(kāi)放存取服務(wù)等。認(rèn)為開(kāi)展科研數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)首先需要以資源共享為基礎(chǔ),共推合作服務(wù);其次,要合理配置專(zhuān)業(yè)人員,適時(shí)新設(shè)崗位;同時(shí),必須重視科研數(shù)據(jù)管理過(guò)程,厘定圖書(shū)館角色。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the main contents of the scientific research data management service of the university library in Britain, including the introduction of the policies of the funding organization, the help to perfect the planning of the scientific research data, the diversification of training, the construction of the data management platform, the promotion of the service, and the provision of professional service teams. Open access services, etc. The author thinks that the service of scientific research data management should be based on the sharing of resources, and the cooperative service should be put forward; secondly, the professional personnel should be allocated reasonably and new posts should be set up at the right time. At the same time, attention must be paid to the process of scientific research data management and the role of library should be determined.
