均等化視域下流動(dòng)兒童閱讀推廣障礙與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:流動(dòng)兒童的閱讀推廣是推進(jìn)全民閱讀進(jìn)程中亟須解決的社會(huì)問題,如何在均等化前提下開展流動(dòng)兒童閱讀推廣,對(duì)我國建設(shè)文化強(qiáng)國具有積極意義。長期以來,對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童的閱讀推廣開展極為有限,流動(dòng)兒童閱讀情況并不令人滿意,處于教育、閱讀斷鏈的逆境。流動(dòng)兒童享受均等、優(yōu)質(zhì)、健康的閱讀環(huán)境需要政府、學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)各方面的協(xié)同合作,對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童形成全方位的關(guān)懷,才能讓他們身心健康成長。
[Abstract]:The promotion of mobile children's reading is a social problem that must be solved urgently in the process of promoting the whole people's reading. How to carry out the reading promotion of mobile children under the premise of equalization is of positive significance to the construction of a strong cultural power in our country. For a long time, the reading promotion of migrant children is very limited, the reading situation of migrant children is not satisfactory, they are in the adversities of education and reading broken chain. Migrant children enjoy equal, high quality and healthy reading environment. They need the cooperation of government, school, family and society to form all-round care for migrant children, so that they can grow up physically and mentally.
