【摘要】：進入21世紀以來,我國高等職業(yè)教育得到飛速的發(fā)展,已經成為高等教育的重要組成部分。特別是近年來,不管是教育部的各項文件還是國家領導人一再強調職業(yè)教育的重要性。合肥作為中國四大科教城市之一,職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展也走在安徽省的前列。圖書館作為高等教育院校的三大支柱之一,是高職院校的信息資源中心。資源管理工作一直是圖書館的核心工作,特別是在網絡環(huán)境的沖擊下,如何讓圖書館的各項資源為師生甚至是社會公眾所用,也是一項非常重要的課題。本文首先闡述了高職院校圖書館資源管理的發(fā)展方向,主要體現在以下五個方面:圖書館信息資源獲取方式向網絡化轉移、圖書館館藏結構趨向于多元化、館藏資源組織管理更加靈活多變、讀者獲取圖書館資源方式多種多樣和圖書館信息化建設越來越受到重視,接下來對合肥地區(qū)高職院校圖書館的基本情況進行了分析和研究,總結出近年來合肥地區(qū)高職院校圖書館資源管理所采取的一系列有效措施,然后重點指出了合肥地區(qū)高職院校圖書館資源管理中存在的六個方面問題,即領導重視不夠,資金投入不足、專業(yè)性人才嚴重匱乏,資源管理制度缺失、館藏結構不合理,圖書利用率持續(xù)下滑、數字資源使用不便,移動服務基本缺失、圖書館自身宣傳力度不夠和圖書館資源只供校內讀者使用,社會化服務缺失。最后針對這些問題,提出了一些具體對策和措施,主要有提高領導對圖書館的重視程度,繼續(xù)加大設施資源建設的力度、重視人才隊伍建設,適時推出學科館員制度、改進紙質文獻采購方式,優(yōu)化館藏資源結構、改進紙質文獻采購方式,優(yōu)化館藏資源結構、重視圖書館宣傳工作和推廣圖書館資源和融入所在社區(qū),彰顯圖書館文化功能。本文中的研究也可供合肥地區(qū)其他高職院校圖書館管理者參考,并為本單位圖書館建設提供重要的實踐指導。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly and has become an important part of higher education. Especially in recent years, the importance of vocational education has been repeatedly stressed by both the Ministry of Education documents and national leaders. As one of the four major science and education cities in China, the development of vocational education is also in the forefront of Anhui Province. As one of the three pillars of higher education, library is the information resource center of higher vocational colleges. Resource management has always been the core work of the library, especially under the impact of the network environment, how to make the resources of the library used by teachers and students and even the public is also a very important subject. This paper first expounds the development direction of library resource management in higher vocational colleges, which is mainly reflected in the following five aspects: the way of obtaining library information resources is transferred to network, and the structure of library collection tends to be diversified. The organization and management of library collection resources are more flexible and changeable, readers have various ways of obtaining library resources, and more attention has been paid to the construction of library information. Then, the basic situation of the libraries of higher vocational colleges in Hefei area is analyzed and studied. This paper summarizes a series of effective measures taken in the management of library resources in higher vocational colleges in Hefei in recent years, and then points out six problems in the management of library resources in vocational colleges in Hefei, that is, the leaders pay less attention to them. Insufficient capital investment, serious shortage of professional personnel, lack of resource management system, unreasonable collection structure, continuous decline in book utilization, inconvenience in the use of digital resources, basic lack of mobile services, The library's own propaganda is not enough and the library's resources are only used by the readers in the school, and the socialized service is lacking. Finally, some concrete countermeasures and measures are put forward to solve these problems, such as increasing the attention of the leaders to the library, continuing to strengthen the construction of facilities resources, attaching importance to the construction of the talent team, and introducing the subject librarian system in good time. Improving the way of purchasing paper documents, optimizing the structure of library collection resources, paying attention to the propaganda work of library, popularizing library resources and integrating into the community, and showing the function of library culture. The research in this paper can also be used as a reference for the librarians of other vocational colleges in Hefei and provide important practical guidance for the library construction of our unit.
