【摘要】：目前圖書館各類"問題讀者"很多,"問題讀者"已經(jīng)成為圖書館不容忽視的研究對(duì)象。本文結(jié)合圖書館員一線工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用調(diào)查問卷形式,從館員和讀者兩個(gè)方面著手,對(duì)圖書館"問題讀者"進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)和臨場(chǎng)兩個(gè)角度提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略,旨在為提升廣大圖書館員應(yīng)對(duì)"問題讀者"的能力提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many kinds of "problem readers" in libraries, and "problem readers" have become the research objects which can not be ignored. Based on the librarian's working experience and questionnaire, this paper investigates and analyzes the library's "problem readers" from the aspects of librarians and readers, and puts forward some countermeasures from both the long-term and the on-the-spot perspectives. The aim is to improve the librarian's ability to deal with the problem readers.
