【摘要】：正一、背景教育科研機構以及所有信息密集型機構都已進入以數(shù)字化網(wǎng)絡化內(nèi)容資源為主的時代,但是數(shù)字信息隨時面臨著技術、經(jīng)濟、組織、人為因素、自然災難等方面的威脅,數(shù)字信息資源的長期保存和永續(xù)利用成為機構可持續(xù)發(fā)展與競爭能力的戰(zhàn)略基礎。數(shù)字信息資源的長期保存面臨著作權、技術、經(jīng)濟、可靠性、安全性等方面的特殊又復雜的挑戰(zhàn)。世界各國從國家戰(zhàn)略高度組織開展本國的數(shù)字文獻資源長期保存,一系列數(shù)字文獻資源長期保存系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:First, background education and scientific research institutions as well as all information-intensive institutions have entered an era dominated by digital networked content resources, but digital information is facing technological, economic, organizational and human factors at any time. The threats of natural disasters and the long-term preservation and sustainable utilization of digital information resources have become the strategic basis for the sustainable development and competitiveness of institutions. The long-term preservation of digital information resources faces the special and complex challenges of copyright, technology, economy, reliability, security and so on. Countries in the world organize long-term preservation of their digital literature resources from a national strategic height, and a series of long-term preservation systems of digital literature resources
