【摘要】：交互信息服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為網(wǎng)站服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢。高校圖書館網(wǎng)站作為高校師生利用圖書館資源的主要平臺,網(wǎng)站交互服務(wù)尤為重要。完善的交互服務(wù)可以提高用戶的使用粘性以及資源的利用率。目前關(guān)于高校圖書館交互服務(wù)在理論研究方面,對交互服務(wù)的理論研究不系統(tǒng)、不全面,在實(shí)踐應(yīng)用研究方面,對目前高校圖書館交互服務(wù)開展的現(xiàn)狀及問題缺乏較為全面深入的調(diào)查研究,實(shí)踐案例不少,但缺乏較為系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和問題分析,對于如何進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化發(fā)展缺少深度探討。本文旨在對安徽省高校圖書館網(wǎng)站用戶交互服務(wù)展開調(diào)查與分析,對安徽省高校圖書館網(wǎng)站提供參考。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)對省內(nèi)高校圖書館的交互服務(wù)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,以及問卷調(diào)查對高校圖書館交互服務(wù)進(jìn)行用戶研究。同時(shí),問卷調(diào)查和訪談對高校圖書館交互服務(wù)進(jìn)行用戶研究。根據(jù)綜合調(diào)研的結(jié)果,就高校圖書館優(yōu)化交互服務(wù)的理論問題、方法問題和管理措施問題進(jìn)行深入探討,從而使高校圖書館交互服務(wù)的開展得到進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,使用戶的滿意度得到進(jìn)一步提升。文章中主要分成三大部分進(jìn)行探討。第一部分(第1章):采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及背景進(jìn)行介紹,概括網(wǎng)站用戶交互服務(wù)的概念、內(nèi)涵、類型等問題。第二部分(第2、3章):通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研、問卷調(diào)查和訪談等方式從安徽高校圖書館網(wǎng)站用戶交互服務(wù)的基本情況、以及用戶使用參與度等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過案例分析目前安徽高校圖書館網(wǎng)站用戶交互服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分(第4、5、6章):針對安徽省高校圖書館網(wǎng)站用戶交互服務(wù)存在的問題,提出完善的建議,以期對安徽省高校圖書館網(wǎng)站交互服務(wù)提借鑒。
[Abstract]:Interactive information service has become the development trend of website service. As the main platform for teachers and students to make use of library resources, the interactive service of university library website is particularly important. Perfect interactive service can improve the usage stickiness of users and the utilization of resources. At present, the theoretical research on interactive services in university libraries is not systematic and comprehensive, and the theoretical research on interactive services is not systematic and comprehensive. The present situation and problems of interactive service in university libraries are lack of comprehensive investigation and research, and there are many practical cases, but lack of systematic experience summary and problem analysis, and lack of deep discussion on how to further optimize and develop. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the interactive service of university library website in Anhui province, and to provide a reference for Anhui university library website. The current situation of interactive service of university library in the province is investigated through network, and the users of interactive service of university library are investigated by questionnaire. At the same time, questionnaires and interviews are used to study the interactive services of university libraries. According to the results of comprehensive investigation, the theoretical problems, methods and management measures of optimizing interactive services in university libraries are discussed in depth, so that the interactive services of university libraries can be further optimized. User satisfaction is further improved. The article is divided into three parts to discuss. The first part (Chapter 1): this paper introduces the current situation and background of the research at home and abroad, and generalizes the concept, connotation and type of user interaction service. The second part (Chapter 2: 3): through network investigation, questionnaire survey and interview, the author investigates the basic situation of user interaction service of Anhui university library website, and user participation, etc. This paper analyzes the current situation of user interaction service of Anhui university library website by case study. The third part (chapter 4, chapter 5): aiming at the problems existing in the interactive service of university library website in Anhui province, the author puts forward some suggestions for reference to the interactive service of university library website in Anhui province.
