【摘要】：文章采用"學(xué)科基點(diǎn)→學(xué)科理論基礎(chǔ)→學(xué)科歸屬"的分析框架,闡述公安情報(bào)學(xué)的學(xué)科屬性,分析大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下它所面臨的"變"與"不變"。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),公安情報(bào)學(xué)具有自然科學(xué)、技術(shù)科學(xué)的特征,但仍歸屬于社會科學(xué);在大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下,公安情報(bào)學(xué)學(xué)科基點(diǎn)所面臨的問題將更加復(fù)雜化,學(xué)科理論基礎(chǔ)將更加豐富,學(xué)科屬性中的自然科學(xué)、技術(shù)科學(xué)特性將進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng);公安情報(bào)學(xué)應(yīng)保持自身學(xué)科屬性,避免以"數(shù)據(jù)"替代"人",以"技術(shù)"取代"智能",以"科學(xué)性"規(guī)范"社會性"。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author adopts the analysis frame of "discipline basic theory foundation", expounds the subject attribute of police information science, and analyzes the "change" and "invariance" it faces under big data environment.The study found that police information science has the characteristics of natural science and technical science, but still belongs to social sciences. Under big data's environment, the problems faced by the basic points of public security information science will be more complicated, and the theoretical basis of the discipline will be more abundant.The characteristics of natural science and technical science in the subject attribute will be further strengthened, and the police information science should keep its own subject attribute and avoid replacing "human" with "data", substituting "intelligence" with "technology", and standardizing "sociality" with "scientific".
