【摘要】：中華民族是一個(gè)擁有五千年歷史的文明古國(guó),悠久的歷史賦予中華民族博大精深的文化底蘊(yùn),在民族的發(fā)展和傳承過程中,產(chǎn)生并留存下許多優(yōu)秀的文明成果。然而,隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展的加速前進(jìn),我國(guó)的文化生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)生巨大變化,文明成果受到猛烈沖擊,許多有珍貴價(jià)值的文化遺產(chǎn)遭到滅絕或流失海外,任意破壞、過度開發(fā)文化遺產(chǎn)和城市建筑的現(xiàn)象屢見不鮮,導(dǎo)致很多文化遺產(chǎn)瀕危滅絕,城市歷史遭到破壞。作為人類文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,保護(hù)文化遺產(chǎn)對(duì)于維護(hù)民族文化的多樣性與世界文化的多樣性具有重要意義,加快文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)工作迫在眉睫。檔案部門作為保護(hù)文化遺產(chǎn)工程的重要一環(huán),具有舉足輕重的作用。本文選取檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)工程、城市記憶工程、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)工程這三個(gè)主要的文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程,介紹檔案部門參與工程的主要概況,重點(diǎn)分析總結(jié)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程給檔案部門帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并對(duì)檔案部門如何更有效的參與工程的保護(hù)提出對(duì)策,推動(dòng)工程向更高、更深層次邁進(jìn)。本文共分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分緒論是對(duì)該課題的相關(guān)概念、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義、創(chuàng)新與不足之處進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。第二部分對(duì)檔案部門參與工程的基本情況進(jìn)行概述。第三部分則根據(jù)檔案工作的內(nèi)容,從“收、管、用”三個(gè)方面論述檔案部門參與文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程給自身帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,第四部分通過與圖書館的對(duì)比以及分析檔案部門自身的問題,提出檔案部門參與文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。第五部分則對(duì)未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行探討,提出合理的解決方法,使檔案部門在正視現(xiàn)實(shí)的同時(shí),積極、主動(dòng)、全方位地投入到文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程中去,以期發(fā)揮最大效用。
[Abstract]:The Chinese nation is an ancient civilization with a history of five thousand years. The long history endows the Chinese nation with rich and profound cultural heritage. In the process of national development and inheritance, many outstanding civilization achievements are produced and retained.However, with the acceleration of social development, great changes have taken place in the cultural and ecological environment of our country, and the achievements of civilization have been severely impacted, and many valuable cultural heritage has been wiped out or lost overseas and arbitrarily destroyed.The phenomenon of overdevelopment of cultural heritage and urban buildings is common, leading to the endangered extinction of many cultural heritage and the destruction of urban history.As an important part of the cultural heritage of mankind, the protection of cultural heritage plays an important role in safeguarding the diversity of national culture and the diversity of world culture. It is urgent to speed up the protection of cultural heritage.As an important part of cultural heritage protection project, archives department plays an important role.This paper selects three main cultural heritage protection projects, namely archival document heritage engineering, urban memory engineering and intangible cultural heritage engineering, and introduces the main situation of archives department participating in the project.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the development opportunities and challenges that cultural heritage conservation projects bring to archives departments, and puts forward countermeasures for archives departments to participate in the protection of the projects more effectively, so as to push the project to a higher and deeper level.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is a brief introduction to the related concepts of the topic, domestic and foreign research status, research significance, innovation and deficiencies.The second part summarizes the basic situation of the archives department participating in the project.In the third part, according to the contents of archival work, the author discusses the development opportunity of archives department participating in cultural heritage protection project from three aspects: "receiving, managing and using".Opportunities and challenges coexist. The fourth part through the comparison with the library and the analysis of the archival department's own problems, put forward the archival department to participate in the cultural heritage protection project faced challenges.The fifth part discusses the development trend in the future, and puts forward reasonable solutions to make the archives department actively, actively and omni-directionally invest in the cultural heritage protection project while facing the reality, in order to give full play to the greatest utility.
