【摘要】：數(shù)字檔案資源伴隨著檔案信息化的深入開展,資源種類日漸豐富,學(xué)術(shù)界的討論也日益增多。數(shù)字時(shí)代,機(jī)關(guān)檔案室和綜合檔案館作為最主要的檔案機(jī)構(gòu),不斷嘗試對(duì)數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)的探索。電子文件管理模式經(jīng)歷了從電子文件產(chǎn)生之初的機(jī)關(guān)檔案室雙套制歸檔模式到綜合檔案館對(duì)電子文件移交接收的發(fā)展過程。科學(xué)技術(shù)作為資源建設(shè)的又一重要推動(dòng)力量,也推動(dòng)著數(shù)字檔案資源的在管理技術(shù)上的變革。檔案管理技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了由單機(jī)版計(jì)算機(jī)到獨(dú)立的電子文件管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。思想是指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的重要理論基礎(chǔ),檔案管理思想也經(jīng)歷了從實(shí)體安全為主信息安全為輔到實(shí)體安全與信息安全并重的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理思想階段。筆者按照資源建設(shè)、思想演變和技術(shù)進(jìn)步這三條主線將我國數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)歷程分為兩大階段,分別是數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)起步階段和數(shù)字檔案資源集中管理階段。本論文共分四個(gè)部分。第一部分主要介紹了數(shù)字檔案資源相關(guān)的概念、范疇和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分論述了我國數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)的起步階段,以檔案館的館藏?cái)?shù)字化和機(jī)關(guān)檔案室雙套制開展情況進(jìn)行論述。第三部分論述了我國數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)的集中管理階段,以電子文件中心和數(shù)字檔案館的建設(shè)為主要內(nèi)容。第四部分對(duì)未來我國數(shù)字檔案資源建設(shè)的走向進(jìn)行展望,提出相關(guān)建設(shè)趨勢。其中第二、三部分是文章的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Digital archives archives information resources with the in-depth development of resources is rich, the academic discussion is also increasing. The digital age, organ record room and comprehensive archives archives institutions as the main, continue to try to explore the construction of digital archives resource. According to the resource construction, the evolution of ideas and technical progress of these three main lines of the digital archives resources construction process in China is divided into two stages, namely digital archival resources construction stage and digital archives resources management stage. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the concept of digital archives resources related to the category and research status at home and abroad. The second part discusses the initial stage of Digital Archives Construction in our country, discusses in the archives collection and digital record room double development organ. The third part discusses the centralized management stage of Digital Archives Construction in our country. The construction of electronic document center and digital archives as the main content. The fourth part discussed the prospect of the future of Digital Archives Construction in our country, put forward relevant construction Set the trend.
