富媒體環(huán)境下新一代高校圖書館戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中的知識管理框架

【摘要】:本文闡述了在富媒體環(huán)境下和數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的架構(gòu)下,數(shù)據(jù)的類型和集合不斷增加,技術(shù)發(fā)展推動新一代圖書館知識資源建設(shè)和知識規(guī)劃的變革,富媒體環(huán)境下信息技術(shù)和資源類型使新一代圖書館的服務(wù)框架、資源框架、知識鏈框架、管理框架(質(zhì)量控制框架)、技術(shù)支撐框架、數(shù)字空間知識框架、外部輔助框架等發(fā)生變化。具體影響有環(huán)境、空間、資源、新技術(shù)、管理、協(xié)同關(guān)系、實現(xiàn)流程、服務(wù)、使用、安全、保存、外包、交互等知識存儲、利用、發(fā)展因素,富媒體和信息技術(shù)集成了以數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的知識機(jī)構(gòu)、知識組織、知識共享等各種資源因素之間的復(fù)用關(guān)系,這些關(guān)系與組合構(gòu)成新一代圖書館新技術(shù)新媒體推動下的富媒體虛擬知識運行機(jī)制、知識服務(wù)及知識服務(wù)支撐、資源整合(Open Access、機(jī)構(gòu)知識庫)、管理策略、知識空間復(fù)用等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, under the environment of rich media and the construction of digital campus, the types and collections of data are increasing, and the development of technology promotes the reform of knowledge resources construction and knowledge planning of the new generation library. In a rich media environment, information technology and resource types enable the service framework, resource framework, knowledge chain framework, management framework (quality control framework, technical support framework, digital spatial knowledge framework) of the new generation libraries, Environment, space, resources, new technology, management, collaborative relationship, realization of process, service, usage, security, preservation, outsourcing, interaction and other knowledge storage, utilization, development factors, such as environment, space, resources, new technology, management, cooperation, etc. Rich media and information technology integrate the reuse of various resource factors such as data-based knowledge institutions, knowledge organizations, knowledge sharing, etc. These relationships and combinations constitute the operation mechanism of rich media virtual knowledge, knowledge service and knowledge service support, resource integration open access, institutional knowledge base, management strategy, knowledge space reuse and so on under the impetus of new generation library, new technology and new media.
