【摘要】：伴隨著煤炭去產(chǎn)能,清潔化利用,煤化工項(xiàng)目得到了大力發(fā)展,煤化工項(xiàng)目竣工檔案作為煤化工項(xiàng)目重要的組成部分項(xiàng)目,在項(xiàng)目竣工前,必須通過由行政部門組織的竣工檔案驗(yàn)收。傳統(tǒng)檔案管理方式存在著眾多難點(diǎn)及弊端,浪費(fèi)大量的人力、物力,而隨著信息管理的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)檔案管理逐漸開始向數(shù)字化進(jìn)行發(fā)展,使檔案管理有了新的解決方式。檔案信息管理的手段,改變了項(xiàng)目竣工檔案的收集、整理歸檔、統(tǒng)計(jì)、檢索的方式,推進(jìn)了項(xiàng)目竣工檔案管理手段的革新,可提高煤化工項(xiàng)目竣工檔案資料的真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確、記錄及時(shí),傳輸快捷,檢索高效。目前煤化工項(xiàng)目正在快速發(fā)展,檔案管理信息化既是符合社會(huì)發(fā)展、科技進(jìn)步的,又可使項(xiàng)目竣工檔案高效、安全的管理,節(jié)省人力及物力的需求。本文主要采用信息系統(tǒng)分析及設(shè)計(jì)法針對煤化工項(xiàng)目檔案的實(shí)際管理情況,通過煤化工項(xiàng)目檔案管理現(xiàn)狀描述及檔案管理方式流程梳理,分析了煤化工項(xiàng)目檔案管理中各層級存在的問題,結(jié)合具體情況給出檔案管理新的邏輯方案。并提出了基于煤化工項(xiàng)目竣工檔案的信息管理系統(tǒng)總體及詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方案,給系統(tǒng)最后的開發(fā)提供了有利的基礎(chǔ)支撐,最后依據(jù)檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,結(jié)合煤化工項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位實(shí)際情況給出系統(tǒng)實(shí)施運(yùn)行策略。通過煤化工項(xiàng)目檔案信息系統(tǒng)的建立可使提升檔案管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,有效減少檔案儲(chǔ)存在人力、物力資源上的占用,并快捷、準(zhǔn)確的從檔案中檢索梳理出所需信息,為項(xiàng)目管理決策提供有力的支持。
[Abstract]:With the coal deproductivity, clean utilization, coal chemical projects have been vigorously developed, coal chemical project completion files as an important part of coal chemical projects, before the completion of the project, The traditional archives management method has many difficulties and disadvantages, wasting a lot of manpower and material resources, and with the development of information management, The traditional archives management has gradually begun to develop to the digitization, which has made the archives management have a new solution. The means of archives information management have changed the way of collection, arrangement, archiving, statistics and retrieval of the archives completed by the project. It promotes the innovation of project completion archives management means, and can improve the true and accurate records, timely records, fast transmission and efficient retrieval of the completed archives of coal chemical projects. At present, coal chemical projects are developing rapidly. Archives management information is not only in line with social development, scientific and technological progress, but also can make the project completed archives efficient and safe management, This paper mainly adopts the method of information system analysis and design in view of the actual management of coal chemical project archives, through the description of the current situation of the coal chemical project archives management and the flow chart of the file management mode. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the file management of coal chemical engineering project, and gives a new logical scheme of file management combined with the concrete situation. The general and detailed design scheme of the information management system based on the completed file of the coal chemical project is put forward. It provides favorable basic support for the final development of the system, and finally, according to the design scheme of the file information management system, Combined with the actual situation of the coal chemical project construction unit, the system implementation strategy is given. Through the establishment of the coal chemical engineering project file information system, the file management standardization can be promoted, and the occupation of the archives stored in manpower and material resources can be effectively reduced. And quickly and accurately from the file to comb out the information required to provide a strong support for project management decisions.
