江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館讀者滿意度的測(cè)評(píng)及其影響因素分析

【摘要】:江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與研究的重要場(chǎng)所,在學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)、教學(xué)科研和學(xué)生“第二課堂”等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。同時(shí),江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館存在著一些不足,有著進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化圖書館服務(wù)模式的需求,筆者從測(cè)評(píng)圖書館讀者滿意度的角度來研究學(xué)生對(duì)圖書館現(xiàn)狀的滿意情況,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的建議。本文首先使用配額抽樣的方法對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)蛟橋校區(qū)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行圖書館讀者滿意度調(diào)查,其次對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)做信度檢驗(yàn)和效度檢驗(yàn),并研究性別和年級(jí)對(duì)讀者滿意度是否有差異,基于樣本數(shù)據(jù),采用Bayes方法對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館讀者滿意度進(jìn)行估計(jì),最后為研究學(xué)生對(duì)圖書館滿意或不滿意的具體方面,使用KANO模型和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,分別從定性和定量的角度對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館讀者滿意度進(jìn)行了影響因素分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),88.6%的學(xué)生對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館的感受相對(duì)滿意,11.4%的學(xué)生不滿意。性別對(duì)圖書館滿意度的影響沒有顯著差異,而年級(jí)對(duì)圖書館滿意度的影響有著顯著差異。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,圖書館資源、硬件設(shè)備、圖書館環(huán)境、讀者空間和圖書館服務(wù)對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館讀者滿意度產(chǎn)生正向影響,且各因素的影響程度不同,其中,圖書館環(huán)境對(duì)江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)圖書館讀者滿意度的影響程度最高,而圖書館資源和硬件設(shè)備對(duì)讀者滿意度的影響程度相對(duì)較小。高校圖書館讀者滿意度的研究已是一個(gè)較為成熟的研究領(lǐng)域,在研究方法上不斷有著新的運(yùn)用,如層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型等。這些方法在滿意度測(cè)評(píng)處理上有著一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但調(diào)查問卷中的數(shù)據(jù)是一種具有諸多特性的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)于這種數(shù)據(jù),單一方法的運(yùn)用可能會(huì)存在一定的局限性,運(yùn)用多種方法從定性和定量的角度分析具有潛在變量和觀察變量的調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),分析結(jié)果更加客觀。
[Abstract]:The library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics is an important place for students to study and research. It plays an important role in the cultivation of talents, teaching and scientific research and students'"second classroom". At the same time, there are some shortcomings in the library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. There is a need to further optimize the library service model. From the perspective of evaluating the satisfaction of library readers, the author studies the students' satisfaction with the status quo of the library. At first, this paper uses the method of quota sampling to investigate the library reader satisfaction of the students in Jiaoqiao campus of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and then makes a reliability test and validity test on the survey data. Based on the sample data, the author estimates the reader satisfaction of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics library by using Bayes method, and finally studies the specific aspects of students' satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the library. Using the KANO model and the structural equation model, This paper analyzes the influencing factors of readers' satisfaction in the library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics from the qualitative and quantitative aspects, and finds out that 88.6% of the students are relatively satisfied with the feeling of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and 11.4% of the students are not satisfied. There was no significant difference in the effect of don't on library satisfaction. The results show that library resources, hardware equipment, library environment, reader space and library services have positive effects on the satisfaction of libraries in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Among them, the library environment has the highest influence on the satisfaction degree of readers in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. However, the influence of library resources and hardware equipment on reader satisfaction is relatively small. The research of university library reader satisfaction has been a mature research field, and has been used in new research methods, such as Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, structural equation model and so on. These methods have some advantages in the satisfaction evaluation, but the data in the questionnaire is a kind of data with many characteristics, for this kind of data, The application of single method may have some limitations, and it is more objective to analyze the questionnaire data with potential variables and observational variables from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
