【摘要】：文章概述美國(guó)高校圖書館開放教材出版的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀,分析其范式,包括圖書館主導(dǎo)、多方合作的組織形式;津貼先行的教師激勵(lì)制度;嚴(yán)格的項(xiàng)目征集和遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn);入選教師的配套培訓(xùn)措施;基于同行評(píng)審的全程質(zhì)量保障;依托多類型平臺(tái)的數(shù)字技術(shù)支持以及CC版權(quán)許可的廣泛采用。建議我國(guó)高校圖書館在開放教材出版項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中,應(yīng)重視與其他機(jī)構(gòu)的合作,發(fā)揮自身的專業(yè)技能,側(cè)重多功能平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與應(yīng)用,注重多途徑的質(zhì)量保障,加強(qiáng)版權(quán)的保護(hù)與宣傳教育。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the development and present situation of the publication of open textbooks in American university libraries, and analyzes its paradigms, including the organization form of library-led and multi-party cooperation, the incentive system of subsidized teachers, the strict project solicitation and selection criteria. The supporting training measures for selected teachers, the quality assurance based on peer review, the digital technical support based on multi-type platforms and the wide adoption of CC copyright license are proposed. It is suggested that the university libraries in our country should implement the open textbook publishing project. We should pay attention to the cooperation with other institutions, give play to their own professional skills, lay stress on the realization and application of multi-functional platform, pay attention to the quality assurance of multi-channel, strengthen the protection of copyright and publicity and education.
