【摘要】：【目的】?jī)?yōu)化用戶體驗(yàn),提高用戶對(duì)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)使用性�！痉椒ā坎捎糜脩魧�(shí)驗(yàn)和基于情感詞典的情感分析方法,使用程度副詞系數(shù)量、中文情感詞匯本體、極性短語(yǔ)的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式等對(duì)情感短語(yǔ)進(jìn)行量化,分析影響情感的因素及其變化規(guī)律�！窘Y(jié)果】用戶在步行導(dǎo)航過(guò)程中的情感變化主要受到系統(tǒng)因素和環(huán)境因素的影響,系統(tǒng)更新的不及時(shí)、定位不準(zhǔn)、環(huán)境惡劣均會(huì)對(duì)用戶的情感造成影響�！揪窒蕖壳楦惺且粋€(gè)復(fù)雜而且涵蓋廣泛的概念,僅通過(guò)文本分析可能存在不足�！窘Y(jié)論】通過(guò)改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)本身和增添人性化的設(shè)置提高用戶對(duì)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)使用性,為系統(tǒng)未來(lái)的升級(jí)提供有效參考。
[Abstract]:[objective] to optimize the user experience and improve the users' sustainable use of the navigation system. [methods] using the user experiment and affective dictionary based affective analysis method, the number of degree adverbs and the ontology of Chinese affective vocabulary were used. The formula for calculating the intensity of polar phrases quantifies the emotional phrases, and analyzes the factors that affect emotion and their changing rules. [results] the emotional changes of users in the course of walking navigation are mainly affected by system factors and environmental factors. System updates are not timely, positioning is inaccurate, and poor environments can have an impact on the user's emotions. [limited] emotion is a complex and broad concept. Only through text analysis there may be shortcomings. [conclusion] by improving the system itself and adding humanized settings to improve the user's continued use of the navigation system to provide an effective reference for the future upgrade of the system.
