【摘要】：自中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)信息研究所成立,我國(guó)科技情報(bào)事業(yè)歷經(jīng)60年發(fā)展,在取得豐碩成果的同時(shí)也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),需要通過(guò)分析自身與外部環(huán)境關(guān)系重構(gòu)新時(shí)期情報(bào)學(xué)理論與科技情報(bào)事業(yè)發(fā)展體系。在回顧60年發(fā)展歷程的同時(shí),結(jié)合當(dāng)前數(shù)字信息發(fā)展環(huán)境、用戶需求變化等,圍繞學(xué)科內(nèi)涵、情報(bào)體制、情報(bào)工程、智庫(kù)建設(shè)、知識(shí)服務(wù)等對(duì)當(dāng)前科技情報(bào)事業(yè)發(fā)展存在的不足及未來(lái)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the China Institute of Science and Technology Information, China's science and technology information industry has undergone 60 years of development. It is necessary to reconstruct the theory of information science and the development system of science and technology information in the new period by analyzing the relationship between itself and the external environment. At the same time of reviewing the development course of 60 years, combining with the current digital information development environment and the change of user demand, etc. Focusing on the connotation of the subject, the information system, the information engineering, the construction of the think-tank, the knowledge service and so on, this paper probes into the deficiency and the future development direction of the current science and technology information enterprise.
