【摘要】：企業(yè)檔案是企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中最原始的記錄,是企業(yè)文化的積淀及重要象征,記載著企業(yè)發(fā)展史上的優(yōu)秀成果,是研究企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一手材料,在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。文章以企業(yè)檔案工作與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的關(guān)系為出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討了如何基于館藏資源進(jìn)行企業(yè)檔案文化價(jià)值開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)檔案文化增值,發(fā)揮檔案更大的作用,推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Enterprise archives are the most primitive records in the process of enterprise development, the accumulation and important symbol of enterprise culture, the excellent achievements in the history of enterprise development, and the firsthand materials for studying the development of enterprises. This paper, based on the relationship between enterprise archives work and enterprise culture construction, discusses how to develop the value of enterprise archives culture based on library resources and realize the increment of archives culture. Give play to the greater role of archives, promote the development of enterprises.
