【摘要】：作為存儲于電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)云端的數(shù)據(jù)信息,大數(shù)據(jù)是否為檔案的問題值得關(guān)注。為此,有必要重新認(rèn)識"檔案"是如何由"文件"(record)轉(zhuǎn)化而來的。"文件"是得到記錄且具有本源性的信息,是專門用來處理、交流和儲存信息的工具,只要它們在一定的地方得到了存放,就符合大哲學(xué)家德里達(dá)宣稱的"檔案"必然具備的兩個條件,可以被認(rèn)定為檔案,這與其是否經(jīng)過價值鑒定和具有"動態(tài)性與實時性"無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:As data information stored in the cloud of the computer network, the question of whether big data is a file deserves attention. It is necessary to reunderstand how "files" are converted from "files" to "records". "documents" are recorded and original information that is specifically used for processing. The tools for exchanging and storing information, as long as they are stored in a certain place, meet the two necessary requirements of the "archives" proclaimed by the great philosopher Derrida, and can be regarded as archives. This has nothing to do with whether or not it passes through value identification and is dynamic and real-time.
