【摘要】：【目的】期刊是專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)成果的主要載體,了解科研人員對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放共享的意愿和訴求,對(duì)于期刊制定合適的數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放政策有較好的參考價(jià)值。【方法】通過(guò)問(wèn)卷研究國(guó)內(nèi)218位作者關(guān)于期刊數(shù)據(jù)共享政策與投稿意愿的數(shù)據(jù),分析期刊科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享政策對(duì)作者投稿意愿的影響。【結(jié)果】結(jié)果表明因期刊實(shí)施的數(shù)據(jù)提交政策或數(shù)據(jù)共享政策而影響繼續(xù)投稿意愿的樣本分別占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)的34%和42%�！窘Y(jié)論】完善共享的前提條件、共享和傳播的范圍、獲取途徑、共享的數(shù)據(jù)類(lèi)型、共享后數(shù)據(jù)所有權(quán)及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)政策,有助于促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)作者改變對(duì)共享數(shù)據(jù)的看法,推動(dòng)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的共享進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:[objective] Journals are the main carriers of academic achievements in professional fields, and understand the desire and demand of scientific researchers to open and share data. [methods] A questionnaire was used to study the data of 218 domestic authors on the data sharing policy and the willingness to submit articles. This paper analyzes the influence of journal scientific data sharing policy on the authors' willingness to submit articles. [results] the results show that the number of samples affected by the data submission policy or the data sharing policy implemented by the journal accounts for the total number of people surveyed. 34% and 42%. [conclusion] perfect the precondition of sharing. The scope of sharing and dissemination, access, shared data types, shared data ownership and intellectual property policies can help domestic authors change their views on shared data and promote the process of scientific data sharing.
