【摘要】：首先介紹館員智慧人格構(gòu)建具有的重要意義;然后結(jié)合智慧圖書館管理與服務(wù)實際,分析館員智慧人格的基本概念及構(gòu)成,并對館員智慧人格構(gòu)建的認識誤區(qū)進行分析;最后,就圖書館員如何應(yīng)對智能化的挑戰(zhàn),生成價值智慧、實踐智慧、理性智慧的動力機制進行探討。
[Abstract]:Firstly, it introduces the important significance of the construction of librarian's intelligent personality. Then, combining with the management and service practice of intelligent library, this paper analyzes the basic concept and composition of librarian's intelligent personality, and analyzes the misunderstanding of the construction of librarian's intelligent personality. Finally, this paper probes into the motive mechanism of how librarians deal with the challenge of intelligence and generate valuable wisdom, practical wisdom and rational wisdom.
