【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和公眾娛樂(lè)的不斷開(kāi)發(fā),博物館作為城市發(fā)展的記錄載體和歷史的展示平臺(tái),逐漸成為城市文化生活的活化石,其形象化、數(shù)字化、受眾化等特點(diǎn)逐步成為當(dāng)今博物館創(chuàng)新管理的主流方向。任何事物的發(fā)展本質(zhì)都源于創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果必定是發(fā)展。因此,創(chuàng)新管理是博物館樹(shù)立特色與個(gè)性、保持蓬勃生機(jī)與旺盛生命力的保障,是提高自身能力并在文化事業(yè)大發(fā)展大繁榮時(shí)期求得不斷發(fā)展的唯一途徑。當(dāng)前,博物館面臨著文化市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何解決政府在發(fā)展博物館創(chuàng)新管理時(shí)的難題、如何加大力度推進(jìn)博物館建設(shè)在公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)大環(huán)境下平穩(wěn)有序運(yùn)行、如何創(chuàng)新博物館管理的數(shù)字化發(fā)展成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文立足于鄂爾多斯市博物館創(chuàng)新管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比分析借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外博物館發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),試以一個(gè)“鄂爾多斯文化人”的身份指出鄂爾多斯市在創(chuàng)建國(guó)家公共文化服務(wù)體系示范區(qū)建設(shè)的大環(huán)境下博物館創(chuàng)新管理面臨的困境和不足,從鄂爾多斯市的地域特殊性、民族文化性、社會(huì)公益性等三方面來(lái)分析博物館發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及其原因,從而提出政府完善博物館創(chuàng)新管理的對(duì)策建議,以此確立鄂爾多斯市博物館在創(chuàng)新管理上的角色定位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous development of public entertainment, museums, as the record carrier of urban development and the display platform of history, have gradually become living fossils of urban cultural life, which are visualized and digitized. The characteristics such as audience gradually become the mainstream direction of museum innovation management. The essence of development of everything comes from innovation, and the result of innovation must be development. Therefore, innovation management is the establishment of characteristics and personality of museums. It is the only way to improve one's own ability and to seek continuous development during the period of great development and prosperity of cultural cause. The museum is facing the opportunity and challenge of the cultural market transformation, how to solve the difficult problem when the government develops the museum innovation management. How to strengthen the promotion of museum construction in the public cultural service system construction environment smooth and orderly operation. How to innovate the digital development of museum management has become an urgent problem. This paper based on the development of museum innovation management in Ordos City, comparative analysis of the successful experience of museum development at home and abroad. As an "Ordos cultural person", this paper points out the difficulties and shortcomings of the museum innovation management in Ordos city under the general environment of the establishment of the national public cultural service system demonstration area. From the three aspects of Ordos city's regional particularity, national culture, social public welfare and other three aspects to analyze the current situation of museum development, existing problems and their causes, and put forward the government to improve the museum innovation management countermeasures and suggestions. In order to establish the Ordos City Museum in the role of innovation management positioning.
