【摘要】：意大利蝗(Calliptamus italicus L.)是新疆荒漠、半荒漠草原優(yōu)勢(shì)危害種類之一,具有長(zhǎng)距離遷飛行為,并常給遷入?yún)^(qū)造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p失。本研究探討了意大利蝗飛行肌結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、意大利蝗飛行能源變化動(dòng)態(tài)和飛行能力與卵巢發(fā)育關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,吊飛組雌雄成蟲(chóng)的肌節(jié)長(zhǎng)度長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組、肌原纖維直徑吊飛組均粗于對(duì)照組,但吊飛組與對(duì)照組雌蟲(chóng)之間、雄蟲(chóng)之間及雌雄成蟲(chóng)之間的肌節(jié)長(zhǎng)度、肌原纖維直徑無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);吊飛組雌雄成蟲(chóng)飛行肌中線粒體含量均顯著高于對(duì)照組,且對(duì)照組與吊飛組雌蟲(chóng)之間、雄蟲(chóng)之間線粒體含量差異顯著(P0.05),雌雄成蟲(chóng)之間線粒體含量差異不顯著(P0.05)。隨日齡增加,意大利蝗糖原積累量呈先增后減的趨勢(shì),雌雄成蟲(chóng)分別在7日齡和4日齡體內(nèi)糖原積累量達(dá)到最高,均在10日齡降至最低。雌雄成蟲(chóng)之間糖原含量在4、7、13日齡時(shí)有顯著差異(P0.05)。雌蟲(chóng)飛行超過(guò)2.8 km時(shí)糖原消耗量最多,雄蟲(chóng)飛行2.1-2.8 km范圍時(shí)消耗量最多。隨日齡增加,意大利蝗甘油酯變化趨勢(shì)與糖原相似,雌雄成蟲(chóng)體內(nèi)甘油酯積累量在7日齡顯著高于其他日齡(P0.05),13日齡降至最低。不同日齡雌蟲(chóng)之間、雄蟲(chóng)之間體內(nèi)甘油酯積累量有顯著差異(P0.05),雌雄成蟲(chóng)之間甘油酯積累量差異不顯著(P0.05)。飛行距離超過(guò)2.8 km后意大利蝗雌雄成蟲(chóng)體內(nèi)甘油酯消耗量最多,分別為61.69 mg/g和69.75 mg/g。意大利蝗雌蟲(chóng)飛行超過(guò)2.8 km、雄蟲(chóng)飛行2.1-2.8 km體內(nèi)糖原利用效率最大,飛行超過(guò)2.8 km甘油酯利用效率最大。意大利蝗飛行能力最強(qiáng)時(shí),其卵巢發(fā)育級(jí)別為Ⅱ級(jí),飛行能力最弱時(shí),其卵巢發(fā)育為Ⅳ級(jí)。結(jié)果表明,意大利蝗飛行能力和卵巢發(fā)育之間存在共軛現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Calliptamus Italicus L. is one of the dominant harmful species in Xinjiang desert and semi-desert grassland. It has long-distance migration behavior and often causes serious damage to the migrated areas. This study explored the structural characteristics of the flying muscles of the Italian grasshopper and the relationship between the flying energy dynamics and the flying ability of the Italian grasshopper and the ovarian development. The length of sarcomeres and the diameter of myofibrils in the flying group were longer than those in the control group, and the diameter of myofibrils in the flying group were thicker than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the length and diameter of myofibrils between the females, males and females (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in mitochondrial content between male and female adults (P Glycogen consumption was the highest when females flew over 2.8 km, and the highest when males flew between 2.1 km and 2.8 km. The glycerol accumulation in females and males was significantly higher than that in females at 7 days of age. The accumulation of glycerol esters in male and female adults was significantly different (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female adults (P 0.05). The consumption of glycerol esters in male and female adults was the highest when the flight distance was more than 2.8 km, 61.69 mg/g and 69.75 mg/g, respectively. Glycogen utilization efficiency was the highest in females flying over 2.8 km, males flying between 2.1 km and 2.8 km, and females flying over 2.8 km. There is conjugation between fertility.
