【摘要】：本課題以智能化、福利化養(yǎng)豬為背景,通過(guò)比較國(guó)內(nèi)外具有代表性的生豬養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)信息系統(tǒng),總結(jié)系統(tǒng)的主要特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前中小型生豬養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)管理中管理人員理念落后、信息化應(yīng)用能力低下、管理軟件推廣難、軟件使用成本高等問(wèn)題。根據(jù)海流圖科技園區(qū)生豬養(yǎng)殖的決策和管理需求,設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建了集生豬個(gè)體識(shí)別、生豬體重測(cè)定于一體的生豬養(yǎng)殖信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)利用Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、VB作為開(kāi)發(fā)工具,開(kāi)發(fā)的養(yǎng)殖信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了生豬生產(chǎn)過(guò)程各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)據(jù)管理、生產(chǎn)全程信息化,并為管理者提供全面靈活的生產(chǎn)報(bào)表;系統(tǒng)采用RFID(射頻識(shí)別)技術(shù)、LabVIEW編程實(shí)現(xiàn)生豬的準(zhǔn)確快速識(shí)別,并將識(shí)別的生豬個(gè)體信息通過(guò)LabSQL連接發(fā)送到管理系統(tǒng),電子耳標(biāo)遵循農(nóng)業(yè)部"一畜一標(biāo)"的要求,為所有的豬佩戴RFID電子耳標(biāo),并建立電子檔案。生豬個(gè)體識(shí)別普遍適用于現(xiàn)代化的生豬養(yǎng)殖,跟蹤生豬養(yǎng)殖到屠宰整個(gè)生產(chǎn)流程,特別是在疫情爆發(fā)的時(shí)候,能夠快速的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)重大疾病的快速追蹤與及時(shí)反應(yīng)、處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)源頭追溯目標(biāo),為豬肉食品安全提供保障;設(shè)計(jì)的生豬無(wú)應(yīng)激稱重裝置,利用地磅和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸技術(shù)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人值守的情況下生豬的無(wú)應(yīng)激稱重,大大減少作業(yè)人員的工作量、提高生豬福利。該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合Access技術(shù)、Windows技術(shù)、串口通信技術(shù)、LabVIEW技術(shù)、RFID技術(shù)等實(shí)現(xiàn)生豬的信息化管理功能,為生豬的科學(xué)養(yǎng)殖提供決策支持,有效提高了生豬的管理水平、銷售水平、生產(chǎn)水平、生產(chǎn)信息記錄規(guī)范化水平。有效解決了使用成本高、操作復(fù)雜、適用性低等問(wèn)題。養(yǎng)殖戶在操作過(guò)程中非常容易學(xué)習(xí)掌握,不會(huì)因?yàn)槭褂美щy產(chǎn)生反感心理。本系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)也為生豬智能化、福利化管理提供了良好的技術(shù)支持,對(duì)我國(guó)生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)邁向智能化、福利化進(jìn)行了有益的探索。目前,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試運(yùn)行,軟硬件系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,基本滿足用戶的需求。
[Abstract]:Based on intelligent and welfare pig raising, the main characteristics of the system are summarized by comparing the information system of domestic and foreign representative pig farms. This paper aims at solving the problems such as the backward concept of management personnel, the low ability of information application, the difficulty of popularizing the management software and the high cost of using the software in the management of small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprises. According to the decision and management requirements of pig breeding in the current chart science and technology park, a pig breeding information system was designed and constructed, which integrates individual identification of live pigs and weight measurement of live pigs. Using Access database and VB as the development tool, the system has realized the data management of each link of the pig production process, the whole production information, and provided the overall flexible production report for the manager. The system uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology and LabVIEW programming to realize accurate and fast identification of live pigs, and sends the individual information of live pigs to the management system through LabSQL connection. The electronic ear mark follows the requirement of "one animal one mark" of the Ministry of Agriculture. Wear RFID earmarks for all pigs and create electronic files. Individual identification of live pigs is generally applicable to modern pig breeding, tracking pig breeding to slaughtering the entire production process, especially in the outbreak of an epidemic, can quickly realize the rapid tracking and timely response to major diseases, and deal with them. To achieve the goal of tracing back the source and to provide guarantee for the safety of pork food; the designed non-stress weighing device for live pigs can realize the non-stress weighing of live pigs without being attended by the use of pound and data transmission technology. Greatly reduce the workload of operators, improve the welfare of live pigs. The system combines Access technology with windows technology, serial port communication technology and LabVIEW technology to realize the information management function of live pigs, which provides decision support for the scientific breeding of live pigs, and effectively improves the management level, sales level and production level of live pigs. Production information record standardization level. It effectively solves the problems of high cost, complex operation and low applicability. Farmers in the operation process is very easy to learn to master, not because of the use of difficulties produce antipathy. The development of the system also provides a good technical support for the intelligent and welfare management of live pigs, and makes a beneficial exploration for the development of intelligent and welfare pig breeding industry in China. At present, the system has been in trial operation, the software and hardware systems work stably, basically meet the needs of users.
