增產(chǎn)胺類似物的合成與生物活性研究

【摘要】:新型植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑增產(chǎn)胺從出現(xiàn)至今,一直是農(nóng)業(yè)學術研究領域的熱點,涉及結構改造、合成工藝研究、肥料的復配和劑型的研究等。因其創(chuàng)造的增產(chǎn)奇跡實屬驚人,以及環(huán)境友好的特點,更是被稱為“神奇之藥”。藥物創(chuàng)制工作也在此基礎上展開,獲得了許多植物生長調(diào)節(jié)活性物質(zhì),有望產(chǎn)生更大的增產(chǎn)效果。本論文在相關文獻和他人的合成經(jīng)驗的基礎上,選擇最易實施的合成方法合成增產(chǎn)胺以及有吡啶結構的增產(chǎn)胺類似物,進一步探索各類增產(chǎn)胺類似物的合成方法,有利于實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。以2,4-二氯苯酚為基本基團,以二乙氨基乙醇和2-吡啶乙醇為拼接基團,得到化合物。通過比較兩者的活性,確定吡啶結構的優(yōu)越性,并探索新的合成方法,合成了13個化合物,均通過核磁、氣相質(zhì)譜等鑒定方法確定結構。測試了其植物生長調(diào)節(jié)活性,部分化合物超過了增產(chǎn)胺。對植物生長調(diào)節(jié)活性較為優(yōu)越的化合物進行劑型研究,獲得狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定、效果好的優(yōu)秀配方,并通過進一步大田實驗證明了其藥效。本文合成了13個增產(chǎn)胺類似物,其中7個是未見報道的新化合物,它們的結構通式如下。并通過小麥、小白菜的發(fā)芽生根實驗簡單測定其促生長原理,發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有普遍促進根部生長,特別是側(cè)根生長的作用。其中有四種類似物具有良好的殺菌活性,能起到增產(chǎn)和殺菌的雙重作用。篩選出5種效果突出的增產(chǎn)胺類似物,通過微乳劑劑型配方的開發(fā),確保其市場應用前景,通過科學的大田試驗證明其結果。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of new plant growth regulator, the production of amine has been a hot topic in the field of agricultural academic research, involving structural transformation, synthesis technology research, fertilizer compound and dosage form research, and so on. It is also called "magic medicine" because of its amazing miracle of increasing production and its environmental friendliness. On the basis of this, many plant growth regulator active substances were obtained, which is expected to produce greater effect of increasing production. In this paper, based on the relevant literature and other people's synthetic experience, we choose the most suitable synthetic method to synthesize yield amine and its analogues with pyridine structure, and further explore the synthetic methods of all kinds of yield increasing amine analogues. It is propitious to realize industrialized production. The compound was obtained by using 2o 4-dichlorophenol as the basic group, diethylamino ethanol and 2-pyridine alcohol as the splicing groups. The advantages of pyridine structure were determined by comparing their activities, and a new synthetic method was explored. Thirteen compounds were synthesized and identified by NMR and GC-MS. The plant growth regulation activity was tested and some of the compounds exceeded the yield-increasing amine. The formulation of the compounds with superior plant growth regulation activity was studied, and an excellent formula with stable state and good effect was obtained, and its efficacy was proved by further field experiments. In this paper, 13 analogues of yield-increasing amine have been synthesized, of which 7 are new compounds which have not been reported. Their structures are as follows. Through the experiment of germination and rooting of wheat and pakchoi, the principle of promoting growth was determined, and it was found that it could promote root growth, especially lateral root growth. Among them, four analogs have good bactericidal activity and play a dual role of increasing production and sterilizing. Through the development of formulation of microemulsion formulation, the market application prospect was ensured, and the results were proved by scientific field experiments.
