實(shí)木方料樺眼、銑槽及鉆孔柔性自動加工機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:隨著木材制品的市場需求不斷增加,科學(xué)技術(shù)和機(jī)械制造技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,由于傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)木加工機(jī)器自動化程度低、加工精度差、加工效率不高,傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)木加工機(jī)器逐漸被自動化實(shí)木加工機(jī)器代替,因此本文對實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床展開設(shè)計(jì)、分析與研究。本文首先闡述項(xiàng)目研究目的與意義,綜合比較國內(nèi)外實(shí)木加工機(jī)床的研究技術(shù),在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)、虛擬制造技術(shù)(VM)和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程技術(shù)(CAE)等現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)木方料樺眼、銑槽及鉆孔柔性自動加工機(jī)床,主要應(yīng)用于實(shí)木家具制造工藝上的樺眼、鉆孔及銑槽上。論文主要工作包括:(1)具體比較國內(nèi)外實(shí)木自動化加工機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)方法和工藝要求,確定機(jī)床的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)和總體布局:采用“一”字型的機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)方案,確定傳動方式與布置形式;機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)采用空心型方鋼焊接而成,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)木自動化機(jī)床各個(gè)加工系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械框架結(jié)構(gòu);對實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床的進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)、加工系統(tǒng)、出料系統(tǒng)等功能部件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)、精準(zhǔn)的計(jì)算,并完成這些零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與校核。(2)采用solidworks軟件對實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模,并通過虛擬裝配仿真,建立實(shí)木自動化加工機(jī)床虛擬樣機(jī),為后期實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床靜態(tài)分析、模態(tài)分析打下基礎(chǔ)。(3)利用有限元法對實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析,采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行模型前后處理,仿真模型邊界條件、載荷工況等,結(jié)合ANSYS求解器,完成實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床關(guān)鍵部件的靜態(tài)分析、模態(tài)分析。然后分析實(shí)木自動加工機(jī)床機(jī)架、床身等部件的應(yīng)力、位移變形數(shù)據(jù)、固有頻率和振型。實(shí)木方料樺眼、銑槽及鉆孔柔性自動加工機(jī)床提高實(shí)木加工的效率、保證木制品的加工質(zhì)量、降低企業(yè)用工數(shù)量和工人勞動強(qiáng)度、降低實(shí)木家具制造成本。對我國木材加工行業(yè)的發(fā)展有一定的促進(jìn)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing market demand for wood products and the continuous progress of science and technology and mechanical manufacturing technology, because of the low degree of automation of traditional solid wood processing machines, processing accuracy is poor, processing efficiency is not high, The traditional solid wood processing machine is gradually replaced by the automatic solid wood processing machine, so the design, analysis and research of the solid wood automatic processing machine are carried out in this paper. In this paper, the purpose and significance of project research are first expounded, and the research technology of solid wood processing machine tools at home and abroad is comprehensively compared, on the basis of consulting a large number of documents, Using modern design techniques such as computer aided design (CAD), virtual manufacturing (VM) and computer aided engineering (CAE) to design solid wood birch, milling slot and drilling flexible automatic machining machine tools, which are mainly used in the manufacture process of solid wood furniture. Drill holes and milling slots. The main work of this paper includes: (1) to compare the design methods and technological requirements of domestic and foreign automatic woodworking machine tools, and to determine the main technical parameters and overall layout of the machine tools: the structural scheme of machine tools with "one" shape is adopted. The frame structure is made of hollow square steel, the mechanical frame structure of each machining system of solid wood automatic machine tool is designed, the feeding system and machining system of solid wood automatic machine tool are designed, The material discharging system and other functional components are calculated in detail and precision, and the design and verification of these parts are completed. The mechanical structure of the machine tool is modeled by solidworks software, and the simulation of virtual assembly is carried out. The virtual prototype of solid wood automatic machining machine tool is established, which lays a foundation for static analysis and modal analysis of solid wood automatic machining machine tool in the later stage. The finite element method is used to analyze the structure and performance of key parts of solid wood automatic machining machine tool. The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to deal with the model before and after, the boundary condition of the model is simulated, the load condition and so on, combined with the ANSYS solver, the static analysis and modal analysis of the key parts of the machine tool for automatic machining of solid wood are completed. Then, the data of stress and displacement deformation, natural frequency and vibration mode of the machine frame and bed are analyzed. The machining efficiency of solid wood is improved, the processing quality of wood products is guaranteed, the number of workers and the labor intensity of workers are reduced, and the manufacturing cost of solid wood furniture is reduced. It is of great significance to promote the development of wood processing industry in China.
