不同氮肥配施對冷季型草坪草質(zhì)量及土壤硝態(tài)氮積累的影響

【摘要】:為探討氮肥對草坪草質(zhì)量及土壤硝態(tài)氮積累的影響,并篩選適合張家口地區(qū)種植的草坪草種類,本研究于2016年7-11月在張家口市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院試驗(yàn)基地開展速效氮肥和緩釋氮肥不同比例配施對冷季型草坪草成坪質(zhì)量、抗寒性及土壤硝態(tài)氮分布的影響試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)設(shè)草坪草種、施肥方式兩個因素,草坪草選用高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)、草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)和多年生黑麥草(Lolium perenne)三個品種,施肥方式設(shè)速效氮肥(U)與緩釋氮肥(S)比例為7∶3(A),6∶4(B),5∶5(C),4∶6(D),3∶7(E),不施肥為對照(CK)6個處理,采用完全區(qū)組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計,共18個處理,每個處理重復(fù)3次,共54個小區(qū)。結(jié)果表明:(1)三種草坪草中,草地早熟禾生長速度、地上生物量變化波動小,其他指標(biāo)與多年生黑麥草及高羊茅差異不顯著,可以減少草坪養(yǎng)護(hù)的成本投入。速效肥與緩釋肥配施比例為4∶6和3∶7時,有利于維持草坪草較高的觀賞質(zhì)量,并減少草坪養(yǎng)護(hù)的成本投入。(2)三種草坪草中,高羊茅能夠吸收利用土壤深層的硝態(tài)氮,有效減少硝態(tài)氮的淋溶,是三種草坪草中最適合減少硝態(tài)氮淋溶的草種。隨著緩釋肥所占比例的升高,0~40 cm土層中硝態(tài)氮含量升高,40~100 cm的土層硝態(tài)氮含量降低,淋溶風(fēng)險減小。(3)當(dāng)速效肥與緩釋肥配施比例為7∶3時,草地早熟禾植株體內(nèi)可溶性糖、MDA含量增加,抗寒性最強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the quality of turf grass and the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in soil, and to screen the species of lawn grass suitable for planting in Zhangjiakou area. The experiment was conducted in Zhangjiakou Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences from July to November 2016 to study the effects of different ratio of available nitrogen fertilizer and slow-released nitrogen fertilizer on turf quality, cold resistance and nitrate nitrogen distribution in cold season turfgrass. The experiment was carried out with two factors: grass species, fertilization method. Three turfgrass varieties, Festuca arundinacea, Poa pratenensis and Lolium perenne, were used in the experiment, and the results showed that there were two factors in the experiment, I. e., Festuca arundinacea, Poa pratenensis and Lolium perenne. The ratio of available nitrogen fertilizer (UU) to slow-release nitrogen fertilizer (S) was 7: 3: 3: 6: 4: 4: 5: 5: 5: 5: 5: 6: 6: 6, without fertilization as control (CK6). A total of 18 treatments were designed with a complete zone group design, each treatment being repeated 3 times, and a total of 54 plots. The results showed that the growth rate and aboveground biomass of POA pratensis had little change in the three turfgrass species, but there was no significant difference between other indexes and perennial ryegrass and tall fescue, which could reduce the cost of turf maintenance. When the ratio of available fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer was 4:6 and 3:7, it was beneficial to maintain the higher ornamental quality of lawn grass and reduce the cost of turf maintenance. 2) in the three kinds of turf grass, tall fescue could absorb and utilize nitrate nitrogen in the deep layer of soil. Reducing nitrate leaching effectively is the most suitable for reducing nitrate leaching in three turfgrass species. With the increase of the proportion of slow-release fertilizer, the nitrate nitrogen content in 40cm soil layer decreased and the leaching risk decreased, when the ratio of available fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer was 7:3, the nitrate nitrogen content in the soil layer of 40 ~ 100 cm was decreased, and the leaching risk was decreased when the ratio of available fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer was 7:3. The content of soluble sugar MDA in POA plants increased and the cold resistance was the strongest.
