菜豆樹葉斑病病原學(xué)及藥劑敏感性研究

【摘要】:伴隨人們生活質(zhì)量的提高,對(duì)室內(nèi)環(huán)境、裝飾的需求也日益增加,觀賞植物也成為當(dāng)今室內(nèi)裝飾的重點(diǎn)。目前,觀賞植物的應(yīng)用很廣泛,其不僅作為裝飾,更多的被用于凈化環(huán)境、去除甲醛等,因此,觀賞植物更加受到消費(fèi)者的青睞。為了滿足市場需求,觀賞植物被大面積集約化栽培,這導(dǎo)致了其病害種類、危害范圍、發(fā)病程度均呈急劇上升趨勢。病害發(fā)展迅速的同時(shí),并沒有實(shí)時(shí)的資料對(duì)其進(jìn)行診斷和防治的有效指導(dǎo),從而嚴(yán)重影響了產(chǎn)量。菜豆樹葉斑病的發(fā)生極大的降低了菜豆樹觀賞價(jià)值,且該病害的病原菌未見報(bào)道。在這種情況下,對(duì)病害進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的病原菌鑒定、研究其生物學(xué)特性、篩選出高效化學(xué)藥劑并為其有效防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)即顯得尤為重要。本文取得相關(guān)結(jié)果如下:1、基于對(duì)病原菌的分離純化、柯赫氏法則驗(yàn)證、病原菌形態(tài)和培養(yǎng)特征及分子生物學(xué)技術(shù),鑒定菜豆樹葉斑病病原菌為Neopestalotiopsis clavispora和Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica;2、對(duì)菜豆樹病原菌的生物學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了廣泛研究,表明病原菌菌絲生長和生成孢子的最適培養(yǎng)基、碳源、氮源、pH、溫度及光照條件;病原菌孢子萌發(fā)的最適營養(yǎng)條件、溫度、pH及光照條件;3、運(yùn)用生長速率法和孢子萌發(fā)法對(duì)菜豆樹葉斑病進(jìn)行藥劑敏感性測定。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)Neopestalotiopsis clavispora和Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica的菌絲生長及孢子萌發(fā)抑制作用均較高的藥劑為250 g/L吡唑嘧菌酯EC,其可作為田間藥效試驗(yàn)的首選藥劑。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's quality of life, the demand for indoor environment and decoration is increasing day by day.At present, ornamental plants are widely used. They are not only used as decoration, but also used to purify environment and remove formaldehyde. Therefore, ornamental plants are more favored by consumers.In order to meet the market demand, the ornamental plants were cultivated in a large area, which led to a sharp increase in the types of diseases, the range of damage, and the degree of disease.With the rapid development of disease, there is no effective guidance to diagnose and control the disease in real time, which seriously affects the yield.The occurrence of bean leaf spot greatly reduced the ornamental value of the plant, and the pathogen of the disease was not reported.In this case, it is very important to identify the pathogen accurately, study its biological characteristics, screen out high efficient chemical agents and provide scientific basis for its effective control.The related results are as follows: 1. Based on the isolation and purification of pathogenic bacteria, the verification of Koch's rule, the morphology and culture characteristics of pathogens, and molecular biological techniques,The pathogen of bean leaf spot was identified as Neopestalotiopsis clavispora and Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica 2. The biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied extensively. The results showed that the optimum medium for mycelium growth and spore production was carbon source, nitrogen source pH, temperature and light condition.The optimum nutritive conditions, temperature, pH and light conditions for spore germination of pathogenic fungi were determined by using growth rate method and spore germination method to determine the drug sensitivity of leaf spot of vegetable bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) by means of growth rate method and spore germination method.The results showed that the fungicide with high inhibition on hyphal growth and spore germination of Neopestalotiopsis clavispora and Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica was 250g / L pyrazole, which could be used as the first choice in field trials.
