電磁式高速執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的小型紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)的研制

【摘要】:為了提高紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)的分級(jí)精度和分級(jí)速度,在第二代(氣動(dòng)式)紅棗分級(jí)分選機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上研制第三代紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)。第三代紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)依據(jù)紅棗的外部綜合品質(zhì)(大小、顏色、形狀、蟲眼等)指標(biāo)作為分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)紅棗的快速無損檢測(cè)分級(jí)。本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了電磁式高速執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的紅棗分級(jí)機(jī),整機(jī)由定向排布上果系統(tǒng)、圖像處理系統(tǒng)及執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)組成,執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)又由同步傳動(dòng)鏈輪、撥板鏈條、分級(jí)單元、電磁鐵組成。接近開關(guān)控制相機(jī)采集棗果的圖像數(shù)據(jù),圖像數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)STM32F407圖像處理器處理并將處理后的信息傳遞給STM32F103協(xié)處理器,STM32F103協(xié)處理器控制分級(jí)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生分級(jí)動(dòng)作。分級(jí)單元與輥輪輸送同步,采用靈敏度高的電磁鐵吸附扣板開關(guān)執(zhí)行動(dòng)作。本文主要研究了以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:①第三代紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)分級(jí)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的整體優(yōu)化。主要講述了分級(jí)機(jī)整體優(yōu)化原則與方案,闡述了第三代分級(jí)機(jī)的整機(jī)工作原理,著重介紹了分級(jí)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理。對(duì)分級(jí)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)各部件進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。②優(yōu)化了分級(jí)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)之間的配合。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)確定了底板、撥板和扣板之間是通過軸鏈接的;通過計(jì)算確定了底板、撥板扣板的尺寸;根據(jù)磁滯回線確定了扣板中的導(dǎo)磁材料為硅鋼片;設(shè)計(jì)了撥板限位裝置(角度及尺寸);掛拉簧裝置設(shè)計(jì)為“牛角”狀;確定了拉簧的長(zhǎng)度。③電磁鐵的選型及安裝位置的確定。根據(jù)棗果的分級(jí)等級(jí),確定了電磁鐵總數(shù);通過理論計(jì)算確定了電磁鐵外形尺寸,磁力大小,及安裝位置;根據(jù)直流電磁鐵的的穩(wěn)定性高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),選擇了直流電磁鐵。④歸位裝置及保護(hù)開關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)。硬性歸位裝置對(duì)撥板的歸位效果差,對(duì)撥板易造成了傷害,因此設(shè)計(jì)了歸位輪,其效果顯著,避免了硬性歸位裝置對(duì)撥板的損害,;因?yàn)閾馨宓倪\(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡為圓的漸開線,所以歸位輪的外邊緣也設(shè)計(jì)成圓的漸開線。為了防止撥板不能正常歸位設(shè)計(jì)了保護(hù)開關(guān)避免撥板受到損壞。⑤設(shè)備的可靠性試驗(yàn)及分級(jí)速度的測(cè)定。經(jīng)過測(cè)定紅棗分級(jí)速度達(dá)到20個(gè)/s,最大產(chǎn)能1000kg/h,較第二代紅棗分級(jí)機(jī)分級(jí)速度提高了一倍;實(shí)現(xiàn)紅棗3個(gè)大小等級(jí)和1個(gè)綠色等級(jí)的分級(jí),分級(jí)準(zhǔn)確率為93.7%,無損率為100%,疲勞性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果良好,未發(fā)生異,F(xiàn)象。
