基于教師專業(yè)標準的農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的調(diào)查研究

  隨著教育改革的不斷深入,農(nóng)村地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)英語教育發(fā)展的情況受到廣泛關(guān)注,農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平直接影響著農(nóng)村小學(xué)的英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量。國家需要一支具備高品質(zhì)的農(nóng)村教育隊伍。雖然國家加大了對農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師的培訓(xùn)力度,但是由于小學(xué)英語教師處于教育體系的基層,話語權(quán)有限,使得國家對農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及教師想法缺乏認知途徑,這導(dǎo)致了目前的農(nóng)村教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平卻遠遠不能滿足教育發(fā)展的需要。本研究旨在根據(jù)教師專業(yè)標準的三個維度(專業(yè)理念與師德,專業(yè)知識,專業(yè)能力)為基礎(chǔ),提出了兩個研究問題:1、遼寧省新賓縣農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀是怎樣的?2、農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師是如何看待自身的專業(yè)發(fā)展的?對于第二個研究問題分解出兩個子問題:新賓縣小學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展困境有哪些?新賓縣小學(xué)英語教師更期待哪種或哪幾種專業(yè)發(fā)展途徑?通過問卷調(diào)查法,對遼寧省新賓縣各小學(xué)72名英語教師進行了調(diào)查。問卷收集完成后,研究者將對有效問卷進行整理,并借助計算機進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。并且采用訪談法對其中6名教師進行深入訪談,并根據(jù)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗進行選擇。結(jié)果如下,從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。教師...
