本文是一篇與多囊卵巢綜合征相關(guān)的翻譯實踐報告,材料選自國際權(quán)威組織發(fā)布的醫(yī)學(xué)指南《2018國際循證指南:多囊卵巢綜合征的評估與管理》(International Evidence-Based Guideline for the Assessment and Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome 2018)中的第四、五章,這兩章分別闡述了多囊卵巢綜合征中未生育適應(yīng)癥的藥物治療和不孕癥的評估與治療,旨在為臨床醫(yī)務(wù)人員和患者等針對多囊卵巢綜合征的評估和管理等進行科學(xué)而系統(tǒng)的指導(dǎo)。本文包括作者翻譯實踐的譯前、譯中和譯后全過程,作者在“目的論”的指導(dǎo)下進行了文本翻譯,對翻譯過程中遇到的被動句、長難句翻譯等問題所使用的詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、增譯、減譯等翻譯技巧進行了案例分析。最終結(jié)論是:對于醫(yī)學(xué)指南這類文本,要巧妙使用翻譯技巧進行翻譯;此外,譯前的背景知識儲備十分重要,CAT工具的選用也要注意,為了確保翻譯質(zhì)量,專家的協(xié)助也很有必要。
