性別·權(quán)力·政治:論庫(kù)切《等待野蠻人》與《內(nèi)陸深處》的身體敘事

  約翰·馬克斯韋爾·庫(kù)切是南非杰出的小說(shuō)家、散文家、翻譯家和文學(xué)評(píng)論家,布克獎(jiǎng)和諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)得主!兜却靶U人》和《內(nèi)陸深處》分別是庫(kù)切的兩部長(zhǎng)篇小說(shuō),因其獨(dú)特創(chuàng)新的敘事風(fēng)格、巧妙經(jīng)典的行文構(gòu)思在評(píng)論界受到了中西學(xué)者的青睞與廣泛關(guān)注。從目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,多數(shù)學(xué)者將研究視野集中在對(duì)這兩部作品的主題分析、后殖民研究、女性主義解讀、后現(xiàn)代敘事解讀、心理分析等較為宏大的話題上。然而,縱觀庫(kù)切的這兩部小說(shuō),身體、性別、權(quán)力、政治是庫(kù)切后殖民創(chuàng)作語(yǔ)境的四個(gè)基本維度,它們相互對(duì)峙卻又彼此依存,共同推動(dòng)了故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展,構(gòu)成了作品的內(nèi)在張力。盡管有個(gè)別學(xué)者注意到庫(kù)切小說(shuō)中的以上幾個(gè)要素,卻未從上述四個(gè)維度系統(tǒng)而深入地透視、研究和考察庫(kù)切這兩部作品的身體敘事。鑒于庫(kù)切作品在內(nèi)容與形式的統(tǒng)一性,如果將其小說(shuō)中的故事內(nèi)涵與敘事策略相融合來(lái)分析庫(kù)切的作品,從而去探索和揭示其作品的文學(xué)價(jià)值,則有助于為解讀庫(kù)切小說(shuō)提供一種新的途徑。因此,本文借助福柯的身體理論,釆用理論分析與文本細(xì)讀相結(jié)合的原則,以后殖民語(yǔ)境下的身體書(shū)寫(xiě)為切入點(diǎn),圍繞庫(kù)切兩部小說(shuō)中敘事的幾個(gè)焦點(diǎn)—身體、性別、權(quán)力與政治,對(duì)作品進(jìn)行剖析和探討...
