本研究從語用學(xué)角度,研究治療方案討論中,醫(yī)生如何通過使用道義權(quán)威,解決看護(hù)人基于道義權(quán)利的阻抗。道義權(quán)威/權(quán)利指的是決定未來行動(dòng)的權(quán)利。此前,鮮有研究從語用學(xué)角度關(guān)注機(jī)構(gòu)性語境下,互動(dòng)中的道義權(quán)威/權(quán)利問題。本研究基于道義權(quán)威/權(quán)利的理論框架,采用話語過程分析法,分析醫(yī)生如何識(shí)別和解決看護(hù)人對治療方案的阻抗。語料來源于一個(gè)醫(yī)療咨詢網(wǎng)站,本研究選取了其中30個(gè)醫(yī)療咨詢片段。本研究旨在回答三個(gè)研究問題:（1）基于道義權(quán)利的看護(hù)人阻抗共有哪些類型?（2）醫(yī)生如何通過使用道義權(quán)威解決基于道義權(quán)利的看護(hù)人阻抗?（3）為什么醫(yī)生行使不同形式的道義權(quán)威解決基于道義權(quán)利的看護(hù)人阻抗?針對以上問題,本研究主要發(fā)現(xiàn)如下:首先,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩種基于道義權(quán)利的看護(hù)人阻抗,即基于強(qiáng)道義權(quán)利的阻抗和基于弱道義權(quán)利的阻抗�；趶�(qiáng)道義權(quán)利的阻抗指的是,看護(hù)人通過提議另一種治療方案以阻抗醫(yī)生當(dāng)前的治療方案,并且沒有提供任何解釋�；谌醯懒x立場的阻抗則包含兩種類型。具體而言,看護(hù)人或通過提議其它治療方案,并且提供解釋,以進(jìn)行阻抗,或僅僅是陳述和醫(yī)生提出的治療方案可能不相符的癥狀,而這些癥狀可能會(huì)使醫(yī)生的治療方案不對癥,從...
