一種疾病治療方案的誕生往往伴隨著相關(guān)的臨床試驗(yàn),這個(gè)過(guò)程需要人們,尤其是患者的參與。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的翻譯材料為筆者在翻譯公司實(shí)習(xí)期間承接的《HPV-303知情同意書(shū)》。受眾者為患有宮頸癌前病變的在華外國(guó)人。本翻譯材料屬于信息信息型文本,但兼具兩種功能,即信息功能和表達(dá)功能。文本中大量的婦科專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯,以及知情同意書(shū)獨(dú)特的句法特征給筆者的翻譯工作帶來(lái)了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。在本次翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告中,筆者以紐馬克的文本類(lèi)型理論為指導(dǎo),從詞匯、句子以及語(yǔ)篇方面探討了知情同意書(shū)的翻譯方法,以期最大限度將文本信息準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)給受試者。在詞匯層面,筆者著重研究了醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語(yǔ)及臨床試驗(yàn)術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯方法;在句子層面,筆者主要探討了無(wú)主語(yǔ)句和復(fù)雜句的翻譯方法;在語(yǔ)篇層面,筆者主要從術(shù)語(yǔ)一致方面進(jìn)行了具體的翻譯研究。本次翻譯實(shí)踐證明,文本類(lèi)型理論能夠幫助譯者靈活、準(zhǔn)確地傳遞文本信息,達(dá)到理想的翻譯效果。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)譯文的分析,總結(jié)出了一些可行的翻譯方法。通過(guò)此次翻譯實(shí)踐,筆者提高了自身的翻譯技能,為日后的翻譯工作打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
