CAI口譯工具對學生譯員口譯焦慮影響的實證研究

口譯是高焦慮的外語技能活動,同時也是外語技能中挑戰(zhàn)性較高的活動?谧g焦慮能影響對口譯質量,而對于口譯焦慮的研究多從講話者、聽眾、翻譯者自己以及課堂程序等方面探討口譯焦慮的成因。本文旨在研究聽、譯焦慮成因,并借助口譯工具探討降低口譯焦慮、提高口譯質量的方法。本文通過探討交替?zhèn)髯g過程中聽焦慮、譯焦慮和口譯質量的相互關系,并借助口譯工具為提高學生譯員口譯質量提供有益啟示。本文以學生譯員(上外口譯方向研究生及英國萊斯特大學口譯專業(yè)研究生)為研究對象,結合制定的口譯焦慮量表STAI,收集學生譯員的問卷調(diào)查,之后運用SPSS數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計方法對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,著重探討聽焦慮和譯焦慮的成因、特點及其相互關系。論文研究得出以下結論:1)口譯方向學生譯員都存在聽譯焦慮問題。2)聽、譯焦慮成因主要為信息密度、源語和譯語的相異性及譯員的內(nèi)心恐慌。3)高聽、譯焦慮會大幅降低口譯質量,對口譯產(chǎn)出影響顯著。在此基礎上,本文同時試驗了在口譯工具Speechlogger幫助下的聽、譯焦慮及口譯質量并提出了一些降低口譯焦慮的建議:1)學生和教師都要在口譯訓練中認識、了解、接受聽力焦慮和口譯焦慮。2)學生可以借助口譯工具的輔...
