隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的深入發(fā)展,以及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療水平的飛速提升,國內外醫(yī)學領域的學術交流日益頻繁。醫(yī)學論文作為報道世界醫(yī)學科研成果及臨床工作經(jīng)驗總結的主要載體,迅速成為廣大醫(yī)學科研工作人員和醫(yī)務工作者獲取世界范圍內前沿醫(yī)學發(fā)展動態(tài)的第一手資料。毋庸置疑,醫(yī)學論文的“準確”翻譯,有助于加快醫(yī)學研究成果在世界范圍內的傳播,推動人類醫(yī)療健康事業(yè)的發(fā)展。醫(yī)學論文作為科技論文的一個分支,具有鮮明的文體特征,如醫(yī)學術語與縮略語、被動語態(tài)、長難句等,這在一定程度上增加了醫(yī)學論文理解和翻譯的難度,要求譯者在翻譯過程中充分利用現(xiàn)有的材料和工具,保證醫(yī)學論文翻譯的忠實性、恰當性和流暢性,保證翻譯項目的順利、高效進行。本報告以作者真實的醫(yī)學論文翻譯實踐為研究對象,以德國功能主義翻譯理論為支撐,介紹了醫(yī)學論文的翻譯任務、翻譯過程、翻譯案例和總結,試圖對本次醫(yī)學論文的翻譯任務進行全面的反思,加深個人對醫(yī)學論文翻譯的認識,為其他醫(yī)學翻譯者和學者提供一些參考。
