世界各國、各地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟往來更加密切,中國在全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的作用也日趨明顯,越來越多的國家和地區(qū)與中國開展貿(mào)易往來,許多外商也在華投資設(shè)廠。作為商業(yè)活動中的常用文本,英文商務(wù)協(xié)議為締約雙方的合作搭建了橋梁,其漢譯也越來越得到重視。盡管國內(nèi)很多人士從各種不同的角度對英文商務(wù)合同的翻譯進行了研究,也提出了相應(yīng)的翻譯策略,但在漢譯過程中,仍然有新的問題不斷出現(xiàn)。這需要人們從新的視角分析和解決此類問題,確保譯文質(zhì)量,為商務(wù)活動提供強有力的保障。本實踐報告以賴斯的文本類型理論為視角,結(jié)合英文商務(wù)合同的文本特點,主要從詞匯、句法和篇章層面分析商務(wù)合同英譯漢過程中遇到的問題,并總結(jié)相應(yīng)的翻譯技巧。具體而言,在詞匯層面,主要分析某些普通詞匯和并列近義詞的翻譯困難,并采用借鑒、語義變通、省略等技巧予以解決;從句法層面,主要分析簡單長句和復(fù)合長句的翻譯困難,并采取順句操作、句式重構(gòu)等方法加以解決;篇章層面主要涉及商務(wù)協(xié)議的上下文一致和銜接等問題,并采用重復(fù)、增譯等技巧予以解決。希望本報告可以為以后英文商務(wù)合同的漢譯提供借鑒經(jīng)驗。
