喀左紫砂陶制作工藝探究

【摘要】:素有“北方紫陶之都”之稱的喀左是我國(guó)北方重要的制陶產(chǎn)區(qū),喀左紫砂陶在國(guó)內(nèi)外均享有盛名,是除了江蘇宜興之外,我國(guó)北方主要紫砂陶的產(chǎn)地。在距今六七千年的紅山文化時(shí)期,在喀左東山嘴祭祀遺址就已經(jīng)發(fā)掘出了大量的陶器?ψ笞仙疤盏闹铺展に嚨挠凭脷v史,喀左的制陶歷史悠久,礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,制作工藝逐步走向成熟,獨(dú)居民族特色的裝飾紋樣和精美絕倫的器物造型完美結(jié)合,體現(xiàn)著民族的審美觀念?ψ笞仙疤盏闹谱鞴に囯S著時(shí)代的不斷進(jìn)步,也逐漸趨于成熟。從最初的純手工制作,到很多機(jī)器融入到了紫砂陶的制作當(dāng)中。最初的人工開(kāi)采紫砂礦料現(xiàn)在變?yōu)闄C(jī)器開(kāi)采、煉泥、選料,一些工藝品的制作和生活用品的生產(chǎn)等現(xiàn)在都由機(jī)器生產(chǎn),節(jié)省了大量的人力,物力和財(cái)力,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率,為經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)了更高,更快的收益,同時(shí)解決了更多人的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,克服了紫砂陶工藝品純手工制作、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、價(jià)格貴、不可復(fù)雜的弊端。紫砂陶器的制作是集美術(shù),書法,雕刻,設(shè)計(jì),于一體的傳統(tǒng)手工工藝,在我國(guó)有著悠久的歷史和文化。傳統(tǒng)手工藝蘊(yùn)含了地方民俗文化的特質(zhì),其重點(diǎn)是強(qiáng)調(diào)地方民俗性。伴隨著信息化社會(huì)的發(fā)展喀左紫砂陶在工藝和藝術(shù)方面都有所提高,通過(guò)勤勞智慧的民間藝人們不懈努力,正逐步試探走出自己的紫陶藝術(shù)特點(diǎn)。創(chuàng)造出有著民族獨(dú)有的特色,非常具有內(nèi)涵豐富的多種藝術(shù)風(fēng)格。作為民用的喀左紫砂陶制品與當(dāng)?shù)氐拿袼孜幕、民族特色緊密結(jié)合,在造型設(shè)計(jì)和裝飾紋樣等很多方面都有所體現(xiàn),蘊(yùn)含著鮮明的地域文化藝術(shù)特征。宜興作為紫砂陶的主要產(chǎn)區(qū)名氣斐然,可以說(shuō)喀左紫砂陶的發(fā)展,借鑒了不少宜興的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),甚至最初喀左很多傳統(tǒng)的手藝人師承宜興,對(duì)比宜興和喀左紫砂陶的制作工藝就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),喀左紫砂陶和宜興紫砂在現(xiàn)代工藝方面大體一致,但由于地域風(fēng)土人情不同、民族審美趣味不同,所以在設(shè)計(jì)造型和裝飾風(fēng)格上也有很大的差異。換句話說(shuō),對(duì)喀左紫砂陶的設(shè)計(jì)和裝飾風(fēng)格進(jìn)行研究,也能對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)孛袼走M(jìn)行了解,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦膶徝朗且环N體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)宜興與喀左紫砂陶的比較,能夠在一定程度上反應(yīng)出南方地方差異。本文將在尊重歷史的前提下,對(duì)喀左紫砂陶的發(fā)展做出簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并重點(diǎn)研究喀左紫砂陶的制作工藝、裝飾紋樣、設(shè)計(jì)造型等工藝方面,讓更多的人了解到紫砂陶的工藝。同時(shí)就怎樣保護(hù)好紫砂陶地域民族文化特征,并將其傳承、發(fā)展下去發(fā)現(xiàn)提出建議,希望為喀左紫砂陶的未來(lái)發(fā)展做出一些學(xué)術(shù)上的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Kazuo, known as "the capital of northern purple pottery", is an important pottery producing area in northern China. Kazuo purple sand pottery is well-known at home and abroad. It is the main producing area of purple sand pottery in northern China except Yixing, Jiangsu Province. In Hongshan Culture period, six or seven thousand years ago, a large number of pottery were excavated at the site of Kazuo Dongshan mouth sacrifice. Kazuo Zisha pottery has a long history of making pottery, its pottery has a long history, rich in mineral resources, and its production technology is gradually becoming mature, and the decorative patterns with unique national characteristics and the exquisite utensils and shapes are perfectly combined. It embodies the aesthetic concept of the nation. With the continuous progress of the times, the production technology of Kazuo purple sand pottery also tends to mature gradually. From the original pure hand-made, to a lot of machines into the production of purple pottery. The original manual mining of purple sand mineral materials has now become machine mining, refining mud, selecting materials, making some handicrafts and producing household supplies, and so on, which has saved a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources, and greatly improved production efficiency. It has brought higher and faster benefits to the economy, solved the employment problem of more people, and overcome the disadvantages of pure handmade purple sand pottery handicrafts, which is time-consuming, expensive and not complicated. Purple sand pottery production is a collection of art, calligraphy, carving, design, in one of the traditional handicraft, in our country has a long history and culture. Traditional handicraft contains the characteristics of local folk culture, the emphasis of which is to emphasize local folklore. With the development of information society, Kazuo Zisha pottery has improved both in craft and art. Through the unremitting efforts of industrious and intelligent folk artists, it is gradually exploring out of its own artistic characteristics of purple pottery. Create a unique national characteristics, very rich in connotation of a variety of artistic styles. As a civilian, Kazuo purple sand pottery products are closely combined with local folk culture and national characteristics. They are embodied in many aspects such as modeling design and decorative patterns, and contain distinct regional cultural and artistic characteristics. Yixing is famous as the main producing area of Zisha Pottery. It can be said that the development of Kazuo Zisha Pottery has drawn lessons from many successful experiences of Yixing, and even started with many traditional craftsmen in Kuzuo under the guidance of Yixing. By comparing the production technology of Yixing and Kazuo Zisha Pottery, we can find that Kazuo Zisha Pottery and Yixing Zisha Pottery are generally the same in modern technology, but because of different regional customs and customs, ethnic aesthetic tastes are different. Therefore, there are also great differences in design, modeling and decoration style. In other words, the research on the design and decoration style of Kazuo purple sand pottery can also understand the local folk custom, and it is a kind of embodiment to the local residents' aesthetic appreciation. Through the comparison of Yixing and Kazuo purple sand pottery, it can reflect the local differences in the south to a certain extent. This article will make a brief introduction to the development of Kazuo purple sand pottery on the premise of respecting history, and focus on the production technology, decorative patterns, design and modeling of Kazuo purple sand pottery, so as to make more people know about the technology of purple sand pottery. At the same time, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to protect the cultural characteristics of Zisha pottery region, inherit and develop it, and hope to make some academic contributions for the future development of Kazuo Zisha pottery.
