【摘要】：本次翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告主要討論文本為某打撈局《安全管理操作須知》,系屬局內(nèi)部安全管理體系文件。該項(xiàng)目有一定的規(guī)模(需筆者翻譯部分共計(jì)約15,000字),主要用于為公司員工提供各項(xiàng)作業(yè)和操作的規(guī)范以及內(nèi)、外部審核。在翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在大量的無(wú)主句,而由于漢英兩種語(yǔ)言在思維方式和句法結(jié)構(gòu)上的差異,英語(yǔ)中并沒(méi)有與之直接相對(duì)應(yīng)的句子(祈使句除外),這類(lèi)漢語(yǔ)無(wú)主句的翻譯成為一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。本報(bào)告基于翻譯目的論,根據(jù)個(gè)案分析和相關(guān)翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),最終采用"譯為祈使句、譯為被動(dòng)句、采用it作形式主語(yǔ)、非主語(yǔ)成分轉(zhuǎn)化成主語(yǔ)、運(yùn)用there be句型以及添加適當(dāng)主語(yǔ)"六種策略對(duì)該打撈局《安全管理操作須知》中無(wú)主句進(jìn)行了英譯。本次翻譯任務(wù)不僅具有極強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性和需求性,同時(shí)對(duì)其無(wú)主句翻譯策略的研究也可以為未來(lái)的海事方向體系文件中無(wú)主句的翻譯實(shí)踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The translation practice report is mainly discussed in the text of a salvage bureau, which is a document of internal safety management system. The project has a certain scale (about 15000 words need to be translated by the author), which is mainly used to provide all kinds of operation and operation standard and internal and external audit for the company staff. In the process of translation, the translator finds that there are a large number of non-subjective sentences in them. However, due to the differences in the way of thinking and syntactic structures between Chinese and English, there are no direct corresponding sentences (except imperative sentences) in English. The translation of such Chinese subject-less sentences has become a difficulty. Based on the Skopos theory of translation, based on the case study and the summary of relevant translation experiences, this report finally adopts "translation as imperative sentence," as passive sentence, it as formal subject, and non-subject component as subject. In this paper, six strategies of there be sentence structure and appropriate subject are used to translate the non-subject sentence in the safe Management Operation of the salvage bureau. This translation task not only has a strong practicality and demand, but also provides a reference for the translation practice of the subject-free translation in the future maritime direction system documents.
