異化與救贖—新極權(quán)主義背景下D.H.勞倫斯主要作品中兩性關(guān)系之解析

【摘要】:根據(jù)美國(guó)社會(huì)學(xué)家赫伯特·馬爾庫塞的觀點(diǎn),工業(yè)革命使人類進(jìn)入新極權(quán)主義社會(huì)。這個(gè)社會(huì)之“新”在于它使人們?cè)跓o意識(shí)狀態(tài)下放棄自由,追逐利益最大化。因此,人與人之間充滿著矛盾,從而導(dǎo)致彼此關(guān)系出現(xiàn)異化。英國(guó)作家D.H.勞倫斯就生活在這種年代,他深深地感受到這種社會(huì)賦予人類的壓抑。勞倫斯對(duì)于時(shí)代變遷的敏感性使他以小說為媒介,揭露了新極權(quán)主義社會(huì)中經(jīng)濟(jì)、意識(shí)等多種壓力對(duì)人類關(guān)系的戕害。在這些社會(huì)關(guān)系中,他認(rèn)為兩性關(guān)系是最基礎(chǔ)、最重要的部分。因此,勞倫斯耗其一生創(chuàng)建了一條救贖兩性關(guān)系之路。本文運(yùn)用赫伯特·馬爾庫塞的社會(huì)批判理論來解讀D.H.勞倫斯主要作品中體現(xiàn)的、在新極權(quán)主義社會(huì)中兩性關(guān)系的異化與救贖。本文由五個(gè)章節(jié)組成:第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了D.H.勞倫斯及所涉及文本內(nèi)容,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)這些作品中包含的兩性關(guān)系的發(fā)展和影響之研究狀況。第二章是對(duì)馬爾庫塞社會(huì)批判理論的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概括。第三、四章是文章的主體部分。第三章解讀了由兩性關(guān)系(父親與母親)破裂而引發(fā)的母親與兒子之間異化的愛,并通過反抗這種異化之愛來表達(dá)作者對(duì)兩性關(guān)系回歸的渴望。第四章分析了勞倫斯所推崇的兩性關(guān)系的實(shí)質(zhì)——靈與肉的結(jié)合,并圍繞這個(gè)主題進(jìn)一步探究勞倫斯作品中兩性關(guān)系的異化,及作者所提出的救贖方法。第五章為全文的總結(jié)和結(jié)論。結(jié)論部分表明,在新極權(quán)主義社會(huì)中,各種壓抑因素對(duì)人類關(guān)系的侵蝕是所有人必須面對(duì)的。勞倫斯以其中的兩性關(guān)系為重點(diǎn),建立了一條救贖之路。由此,以馬爾庫塞的社會(huì)批判理論來解讀勞倫斯所主張的、和諧的兩性關(guān)系的救贖之路,可以引發(fā)人的現(xiàn)實(shí)性反思:人需抵抗來自社會(huì)的壓力,追逐兩性間靈與肉的回歸。
[Abstract]:According to American sociologist Herbert Marcuse, the Industrial Revolution brought mankind into a new totalitarian society. The "new" of this society is that it makes people give up freedom and pursue maximum benefits in the unconscious state. Therefore, people are full of contradictions, resulting in alienation of their relationship. British writer D. H. Lawrence lived in such an age, he was deeply aware of the oppression of this society on human beings. Lawrence's sensitivity to the changes of the times led him to use novels as a medium to expose the damage to human relations caused by various pressures such as economy consciousness and other pressures in the neo-totalitarian society. In these social relations, he believes that gender relations are the most basic, most important part. Therefore, Lawrence spent his life to create a road to redemption of the relationship between men and women. This paper uses Herbert Marcuse's theory of social criticism to interpret D. H. Lawrence's main works embody the alienation and redemption of gender relations in the new totalitarian society. This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter briefly introduces D. H. Lawrence and the content of the text, the domestic and foreign research on the development and influence of the relationship between the two sexes contained in these works. The second chapter summarizes the main contents of Marcuse's social criticism theory. The third and fourth chapters are the main part of the article. The third chapter explains the alienated love between mother and son caused by the breakdown of the relationship between father and mother, and expresses the author's desire for the return of the relationship by resisting the alienation of love. The fourth chapter analyzes the essence of the relationship between the spirit and the flesh, and further explores the alienation of the relationship between the sexes in Lawrence's works and the redemption method proposed by the author. The fifth chapter is the summary and conclusion of the full text. The conclusion shows that in the neo-totalitarian society, the erosion of human relations by various factors of repression must be faced by all. Lawrence laid emphasis on the relationship between the two sexes and established a road of redemption. Therefore, using Marcuse's theory of social criticism to interpret Lawrence's redeeming road of harmonious relationship between men and women can lead to realistic reflection: people need to resist the pressure from society and pursue the return of spirit and flesh between the sexes.
