【摘要】：進入新世紀以來,我國正式加入世貿(mào)組織,成功舉辦了北京奧運會、上海世博會、廣州亞運會等一系列國際交流活動,吸引了越來越多的國外游客和境外企業(yè)來我國旅游觀光和投資旅游業(yè),促進了我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,對旅游業(yè)法律法規(guī)的要求也越來越國際化和專業(yè)化。然而,我國地方性旅游法規(guī)英譯文本的制定相對滯后,國外游客個人利益和企業(yè)投資損失時常發(fā)生。因此,相關旅游法律法規(guī)的英譯文本質(zhì)量,不僅關系到國外游客和投資者明晰在中國旅游和投資經(jīng)營時應享有和履行的權(quán)利和義務,了解及遵守我國旅游方面的方針、政策和規(guī)章制度,還關系到我國對旅游行業(yè)的監(jiān)督和管理問題。本文是在對《黑龍江省旅游條例》的翻譯實踐基礎上所做的一篇翻譯實踐報告。該報告簡要介紹了本次翻譯任務,委托任務的內(nèi)容和委托方的具體要求�；仡櫫舜舜畏g任務的整個翻譯過程,包括譯前準備階段,翻譯進行階段和譯后總結(jié)方面的內(nèi)容。理論應用和翻譯案例分析是本次翻譯實踐報告的核心部分,主要探討德國功能主義學派卡塔琳娜·萊思(Katharina Reiss)的文本類型(Text Typology)理論和克莉絲汀·諾德(Christiane Nord)的文本分析理論(Text Analysis Theory)在翻譯實踐中的應用及具體翻譯案例分析。在翻譯過程中,以文本類型理論和文本分析理論為指導,通過對《黑龍江省旅游條例》的分析研究,確定該文本屬于信息型文本和操作型為一體的混合型文本,其主要功能和意圖提供信息、呼吁和規(guī)范讀者的行為。并且詳細地解析了影響翻譯的文內(nèi)因素和文外因素,結(jié)合法律法規(guī)語言的特點和法律法規(guī)翻譯的原則,通過具體的翻譯案例對采取的翻譯方法和技巧進行分析,解決翻譯中遇到的困難。最后,結(jié)合本次翻譯實踐任務,討論法律法規(guī)譯者應具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),翻譯實踐中遇到的問題,以及談談自己的心得和體會。筆者希望通過對該文本的翻譯,可以為今后同類型的地方性旅游法規(guī)文本的翻譯研究和翻譯實踐提供一些借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, China has formally joined the WTO and successfully hosted a series of international exchanges such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the Shanghai World Expo and the Guangzhou Asian Games, which have attracted more and more foreign tourists and foreign enterprises to visit and invest in China's tourism industry, thus promoting the rapid development of China's tourism industry and promoting the tourism law. However, the formulation of the English versions of local tourism laws and regulations in China lags behind, and the loss of foreign tourists'personal interests and enterprises' investment often occurs. Therefore, the quality of the English versions of relevant tourism laws and regulations is not only related to foreign tourists'and investors' understanding of tourism and investment in China. The rights and obligations that should be enjoyed and fulfilled in the course of business operation, and the understanding and observance of the principles, policies and regulations of China's tourism industry are also related to the supervision and management of China's tourism industry. This paper reviews the whole translation process of the task, including the preparatory stage, the progressive stage and the summary after the translation. The application of theory and the analysis of translation cases are the core parts of this translation practice report, mainly discussing the German functionalist school. The application of Katharina Reiss'Text Typology Theory and Christian Nord's Text Analysis Theory in translation practice and the analysis of specific translation cases. In the process of translation, under the guidance of text type theory and text analysis theory, the author makes a study of Black Dragon. Through the analysis and study of Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Regulations, it is determined that the text belongs to the mixed text of information-based text and operation-based text, whose main functions and intentions are to provide information, appeal for and standardize the behavior of readers. Finally, combining with the practical task of this translation, the author discusses the professional qualities that legal translators should possess, the problems encountered in translation practice, and the experience and experience of the translators. This translation can provide some references for the translation study and translation practice of the same type of local tourism laws and regulations in the future.
