【摘要】：科爾沁右翼三旗,即清代哲里木盟科爾沁右翼中旗、前旗、后旗三個扎薩克旗。本文主要利用清代史地文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)地圖,結(jié)合田野調(diào)查,對科爾沁右翼三旗的游牧地邊界、政區(qū)變遷及山川地理等自然實體名稱演變作詳細(xì)的考辨。該課題即是清代蒙古史研究的重要內(nèi)容,又是蒙旗社會歷史發(fā)展的重要階段。研究該三旗旗界變遷,對內(nèi)蒙古歷史地理變遷,甚至對中國邊疆史地研究有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。全文由前言、正文、結(jié)語、參考文獻(xiàn)、附錄五部分組成。前言介紹了論文的選題意義、基本史料、研究概況、論文創(chuàng)新等內(nèi)容。正文由三章組成。第一章,首先說明了科爾沁部的來歷及投附清朝的歷史脈絡(luò)。其次,通過史地文獻(xiàn)與地圖相比較,對科爾沁右翼三旗設(shè)置府縣前的四至八到作一考訂。第二章,闡述了清末"新政"時期,清廷放墾科爾沁右翼三旗蒙地的過程與放墾區(qū)所設(shè)府縣及其界域。第三章,首先論述了清末官墾導(dǎo)致三旗游牧地的收縮,出現(xiàn)旗縣并存格局。其次,對本文重要參考文獻(xiàn)"哲里木盟嫩十旗劃界圖"的繪制時間、所標(biāo)地名作考辨。再有,考證三旗境內(nèi)的部分古今山川地名演變及現(xiàn)今地理位置。
[Abstract]:Horqin right-wing three flags, namely Qing Dynasty Chellimu League Horqin right-wing flag, front flag, rear flag three Zasak flag. Based on the historical documents and related maps of the Qing Dynasty and the field investigation, this paper makes a detailed study of the nomadic land boundary, the changes of the administrative areas and the evolution of the names of natural entities such as the landscape geography and so on in Horqin's right-wing three banners. This topic is not only the important content of Mongolian history research in Qing Dynasty, but also the important stage of Mongolian flag social history development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the vicissitude of the three banners in Inner Mongolia and even to study the history and geography of China's border areas. The full text consists of preface, text, conclusion, reference and appendix 5. The preface introduces the significance, the basic historical data, the research survey and the innovation of the thesis. The text consists of three chapters. The first chapter explains the origin of Horqin and the historical context of Qing Dynasty. Secondly, by comparing the historical and geographical documents with the map, this paper makes a textual study of the four to eight to four to eight times before the three banners of Horqin right wing are set up in the prefectures. In the second chapter, it expounds the process of reclaiming Horqin's right-wing three banners in the period of the New deal in the late Qing Dynasty, and the prefectures and boundaries of the reclaimed areas. In the third chapter, the paper first discusses the contraction of the three banners nomadic land caused by the official reclamation in the late Qing Dynasty and the coexistence of the flag counties. Secondly, the time of drawing the Delimitation Map of the Nen Ten Banner of Zhelimu Mengmeng is studied. In addition, the three Banner in the territory of part of the ancient and modern landscape geographical evolution and present geographical location.
